I highly recommend this beauty supply store. As I have had very bad experiences with the others in this area. Zaina’s is one of those horrible experiences.
The employees and customers are so welcoming and friendly. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and services.

I love there lashes! I love there facial jewelry! Everyone that works there r very sweet! This is my favorite hair store

I went to get a wig for a wedding that I’m in because my hair is super short and the service I received was excellent. She was super nice and very helpful since it was my first time buying a wig she made the process so easy and got me everything I needed. I will be going back to that store for future purchases!!

Store is immaculate,spacious,and sells a plethora of beauty supplies. I didn't have to worry about being followed as I shopped. Store associates were friendly,knowledgeable,and helpful. I USE to shop at various beauty supplies stores;but not anymore this store is now my go-to-store for all my hair care needs;not only mine but my family as well. Reasonable prices you all deserve 10 stars I will recommend everyone I know to shop at this store! Way to go!!!

The ladies that work in this store are excellent!! The integrity of each one of these ladies was impeccable! Everyone knew what they were doing, and they were open and honest. Even steered me in the direction of the sale items and encouraged me to make a selection from there! I will make the drive because of their customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I love shopping here. EVERYONE that works in the store is very friendly. And I love that they always open ON TIME. I hope that they continue to get more products over time. There are a few things that I need for clients and I have to unfortunately go else where to purchase.

Nice store! Nice to see young black women working at this establishment! And they were very kind and sweet upon checkout! Also I got to practice my korean with what appeared to be the owner lol.
Store is in nice shape and good location. Everything is organized and they have so much variety! Will definitely be back now that I work in the area. Parking lot looks sketchy tho lol, don’t shop at night!

I'm getting ready to start chemo (and lose my hair) and was finally ready to shop for wigs. I'd never been looked at buying a wig or hair before. New Hope has so much to pick from, current styles, lots of colors. The ladies working in the wig area were super helpful and very kind to me. I will definitely be back for more!

I really like the store but the Owner and his family I assume are too much! All they do is lutk watching your every move, I be wanting to scream!
Yet when I'm in Gastonia and I need some type of items I go. This weekend my daughter and I decided that's it we're determined to find another Beauty Supply Store.
Now they got these new young ladies acting weird working for them SMH WAY TOO MUCH!

Very friendly and helpful people. I was looking for a place to get my daughters hair braided. The woman gave me 4 business cards for places. There was a nice selection of different hair and hair products.

Dominique was patient, attentive and gave wonderful suggestions and was very intuitive. Will DEFINITELY be back here. Reasonably priced. Great selections of wigs. Prompt service

I went in found exactly what I was looking for in a shade that is hard to find in hair in most places. That's a few product with the prices and walked out a happy camper!
