The Avon location is 100% better than the Lorain one. I felt comfortable and safe immediately. Brad is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. Great job Brad!!

Nick was extremely helpful in providing solutions this afternoon. I lost my phone in NYC yesterday and he was able to offer options that did not cost a fortune. Nick has a great attitude and clearly knows what he is doing. Considering I was not happy (with myself) walking into Verizon, Nick's quick actions made a stressful situation much easier to cope with.

Bradly was so helpful that he took his time and fixed my phone.. I really appreciate the store and manager hiring someone like him that he would help me and take the time to assist me and not be annoyed at my questions... The manager is such a good judge of talent that I can't thank them enough.. Bradly thank you too and I will always buy from this store...

Just got a new phone! Love it! Shopping at the Avon Verizon store was a breeze!

today I went to the Verizon store in westlake to try and figure out why my phone was being very slow and how much it would cost for an upgrade. The service was very poor, and the girl that was working at the desk made me feel very incompetent and she was very condescending towards me. It seem like she just wanted me to buy the bundle with the iPad and the Apple Watch and all of that stuff even though I told her I already own those things and I don't want to do that deal. I then went to the store in Avon and had an amazing experience with Johnny B where he didn't try to force me to buy something I didn't want. Definitely won't be going to the corporate store in Westlake anymore when I can go to the store and Avon and have a better experience. Johnny B helped me get a new phone and wrote out all the math in front of me so I knew how much I was paying. the staff was amazing.
