Great service....l will return without a doubt

I have a commercial business account that I've had for over 5 years and I am still very Pleased with their service and their parts.

Travis was incredible! Checked my battery, (that was bad), put in a new one. From the time I walked in the store and left it was 15 minutes total! I still had time to pick up lunch on my break. I have visited this store several times and have always had top notch service--and given great advice that a "shop" would charge for.

Fast and friendly service. #1 in my book.

The nice sales associate Daniel helped me find all the parts I needed for my rebuild project. Thanks, Daniel! The visit was super quick and painless, out the door, no problems.

My experience at O'Riley Auto Parts was excellent. I went there because they were the only place open. I usually go somewhere else. When I pulled in the parking lot was clean. Most auto parts stores parking lots are littered with & and full trash cans. I went in and was greeted promptly. I explained my problem. And he knew exactly what was wrong and explained to me exactly what to do in order to repair it. I didn't even need to buy anything. Restroom was clean. Store is handicap friendly. I visited this store about a month ago.

I had a number of questions concerning parts and some work to be done on my truck.

Scott AND Cameron BOTH, were the nicest, most informative guys. I was PLESANTLY surprised and could not have asked for better. They answered IN DETAIL each of my questions...WITHOUT THE LOOK OF IRRITATION!!!

This caught my eye, because, as I visit restaurants and stores around town, customer service seems to be a lost art form. In fact, if you express ANY dissatisfaction with a purchase, AND/OR service to a manager; it seems like THE CUSTOMER is made to feel THEY'RE wrong, for expecting WHATEVER IT WAS, FOR WHICH THEY PAID!!!

To be fair, I've run across a few nice people at other stores, however NONE have compared to Scott and Cameron @ the Coldwater store!

As someone who spent MANY years in customer service, going out of my way and bending over backwards for my customers, I was VERY EXCITED, TO BE THE RECEIVER of such service!

In a word...AWESOME! 🙂

I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He's a diesel mechanic, that much I did catch. Thanks guys!

Battery wouldn't hold a charge, so I asked if they could test it for me. The assistant manager happily obliged. Of course I needed a new battery...so he gave me quotes on 3-4 different options. He happily installed it, and while he was doing it, I noticed on the window that they installed wiper blades. My wiper blades were shot, so I asked if they could do that too. He recommended some that were on sale, and installed them for me. Great location, and open late.

I had excellent customer service! I wish I knew the name of the guy who helped me because he was so helpful and friendly. As a woman I worry about being scammed, but I did not feel like that here. I would go back again

Was there with a friend who needed wipers, even though it was raining, they installed them!

The people are knowledgeable and kind. The manager straight-up came outside to help me in a moment of need and diagnosed (correctly, I might add) the problem with my vehicle. Buy car stuff here.

Many of us have learned that the giant e-retailer starting with an 'A' has lower prices, but sometimes you just want something right away. I wanted some house brand oil, because it was on sale. They were completely out of it. The manager sold me Valvoline for the same price. No e-retailer can match good old-fashioned customer service like that. These guys always try.

I needed to replace the battery on my car and Rosa helped me out so much. She was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The best service!

Called this location because it was the only store in town that had the part I was looking for. The manager was very helpful and they told me that they price match. I did not know this. I go out of my way to shop here now.

Team here is the best. Came in too get a radiator cap thought it was going to be really expensive found out it was under $10 nice job team keep up the good work

I went to the store on Coldwater Fort Wayne. The worker Steve was so helpful. He put my battery in and noticed other concerns that he helped with as well. Very helpful! Very professional!

When you are shopping for Auto Parts go to the O'rileys on Coldwater road. DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON COLISEUM due to horrible, or there lack of customer service. The guys on Clinton have a much better understanding of vehicles, and how to better serve us as consumers. They know how do do there job unlike the D bag I had to deal with on Coliseum who told me he couldn't look up my rewards account due to the fact that I didn't buy the part at there location.
Come to find out he was the evening manager. I have used O'rileys as my main auto parts supplier in 3 different states over the last 15 yrs. and know how the rewards program works. They can look up any part from any store nationwide.
