Warhammer

Recently got into the lore of 40k and wanted to check out this store as I'm starting my first miniatures. Young lady at the desk was super friendly and helpful in getting me a couple things I still needed and even gave me a free space marine mini. Great experience.

Nice shop. The manager is super nice and extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking to get into the hobby, this is a great place to start.

Nice, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I wish I didn't find out this place existed since I'm actively buying WH stuff now.
The hours could be better, at least make it so it opens and closes later.

I am new to the Richmond area and stumbled upon Warhammer by chance.

Bree, the manager, is very friendly and gave me a tour of the store and a quick demo of the game. I didn’t purchase a starter pack right away. However, I was impressed by her customer service, and couldn’t stop thinking about how fun the game seemed so I went back and purchased it later that day.

The store is organized and clean.

Despite what another reviewer said, I’ve always seen the store true to the posted hours.

You can go in and work on models or play a game any time. Super inviting and friendly atmosphere.

Super friendly when we went in! There's a stigma against nerdy stores of this nature but the person who was there when we went made us feel super welcome. There were tons of cool sets on display and they have lots of community events related to Warhammer it seems.

The manager keeps a clean store with a friendly environment. Very pleasant gaming store, albeit somewhat on the small side. If you're after Games Workshop products, then this is the place for you!

I had been learning a bit about the hobby and the lore of 40k and found out about this store. When I came in Bree was very helpful in walking me through everything and helped me find something to get started painting and also spent some time helping me get started painting my first miniature. It was a very pleasant experience and I'd be happy to go back and check out the store again.

Huge selection and the coolest part I got to pick from the about to go back paint selection. Recommend if you are in the area.

Wanting to get into the 40k tabletop I saw this store was around and decided to stop by awhile back. After the drive I was not disappointed. The stores staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, they even gave me a demo which I thought was nice. The store kept a clean environment, had a large selection of items on stock, and places for many people to paint and play. I purchased a few items to begin the hobby and with a clear schedule now I hope to visit many more times. Highly recommend this store.

Although they didn't have the Age of Sigmar models I wanted, the service they had was very kind and welcoming. She helped me find paints and even some stuff I never knew would be so helpful in the hobby. Definitely come here for all of your AoS and 40K needs.

I recently went by the Warhammer hobby store with my 7 year old son. He LOVED it! We were met by a knowledgable and friendly young lady who took the time to walk us a round the store and explained all of the many Warhammer 40k and Warhammer genre models one can purchase and build. She took the time to explain things only a 7 year old boy would ask and we ended up buying several squads of Space Marines and the beginner paint kit. It was a wonderful experience for me and my son and we will be back so she can teach us how to play the game!

We had a great time visiting. Took a lesson on game mechanics. The store rep spent lots of time with us teaching the game and answering questions. It's always lots of fun to browse the models as well.

Bree is an amazing store manager, very knowledgeable about the games and very friendly. Always says hello when you walk in and makes you feel very welcome! Always willing to help and teach you.

A fantastic store with employee's who are super nice and knowledgeable. Any questions you have, they can answer it. Always feel welcomed everytime I step in.

10/10 Staff, if they don't have something you want they can get it. They hold classes and seminars just about every week. Great place to get a game in and a Starbucks a few doors down.

Lots of units in stock for my side (Necron) in an attractive and clean store. The owner was nice and helpful. Definitely will be back again!

Awesome place! Staff customers everyone helping each other better themselves. I have not seen that in a competitive arena in a very long time!
