This is the place to go to buy jeans! The staff is extremely helpful, especially Kat. She is so helpful and worked really hard to find my 2 daughters the jeans they loved. We left with 5 pair of jeans and a smile.
This is so refreshing to have someone go above and beyond. Kat gave us lots of ideas on how to shop and even gave us her personal shopper phone number so she can set things up for us in advance next time we come in. We will definitely be back!

i had the best experience with madison at the shortpump location yesterday!! i had a specific jean i was looking for & she was so helpful!! even the manager was personable & the entire experience was so great!!

I just want to say how wonderful Cathryn a few of my girls and I went into the store to find some clothes for our trip to Nashville and our friends birthday and she was so helpful. Y’all are lucky to have her as an employee she is awesome!! Thanks for making our girls shopping day great.

While I love the clothes I bought. Kara was amazing. She had a great eye. I never looked a size tag she would bring items and not mention the size but instead say this is a different fit so I brought you two sizes to try and see which you like better. The jeans are so comfortable. And for the first time in a long time I feel great in my clothes I will be a permanent buckle shopper.

If you want good customer service, this is definitely the place for you! I have never had a visit here that I didn't enjoy - Andrew has such a great eye for fashion, and if you let him, he'll put you in a fantastic outfit that you just HAVE to get. The clothes are also great quality, and their rotating selection means that there's always something new to try on! This is my go-to shop whenever I want to shake things up with my wardrobe. I'm never disappointed with the experience.

Amazing customer service. I've been shopping at this location for a little over 5 years now and I always have a good experience, staff is very attentive, they remember what I like and always have great recommendations and just a few days ago I bought a watch that I had trouble adjusting and I went back and one of the female staff members took her time to figure it out for me until it was the right fit. :)

I am so bad at shopping, and the store made it so easy. The sales associate, Alex, picked out so many nice things for me to try on, I didn't have to do any work at all other then trying it on and telling her if I liked it or not. She was so attentive, it was like shopping with a friend who's there just to help you. Some of the items I got were very reasonably priced, and some of the items were a little on the expensive side, but definitely worth it for the quality of the clothes and for the service I received.

Gabby and Cara were wonderful to my daughter. We were first time customers and they helped with sizes, styles and promotions. I even linked emails for sales. Thanks so much ladies for a wonderful day shopping.

I found this store by accident. I had called Nordstrom at Short pump and asked the guy if they had any Affliction jeans and he said they did not but I should call Buckle. I am very glad the guy told me about this store. I normally do not shop these types of stores, but the customer service My wife and I got from "Stefan"was UNBELIEVABLE!! I used to own my own retail business and I ALWAYS look for customer service and until now haven't seen this level of doing everything possible to make the customer satisfied. We had originally gone there to buy myself 1 pair of Affliction jeans, but by the time we had left Stefan introduced us to several other brands that we liked better and ended up buying 2 pair of what Stefan had shown me and while I was trying on mine, he brought my wife a pair she loved IN HER CORRECT size without ever asking her and we bought those and some Boots he showed her as well. This Guy is a TRUE professional in all phases of his job!. I will definitely go back and shop with him again. He acted like Buckle was his own business and he really appreciated us shopping there. Too many times people take the time to write BAD reviews but never recognize GREAT customer service. Thanks again Stefan. We will be back..

I have to say that without a doubt the bike is has down my only clothing store.best second and if anything needs alterations or even a button fixed just drop it by and a couple days later come back and pick em up no questions asked. Will is the guy to see if you get a chance he's awesome. Even if it's something special for your girl he's spot on. ..love em

This store had the "Best" employees during my Christmas shopping. I was new to the store, and they treated me like family. They were eager to help with information about items and were well informed. Can't wait until my next visit.

Have to say staff was fantastic. Lots of choices, sales and clearance items. They offered to hold our items while we shopped. Great atmosphere and prices were really good.

Love the staff here. We always get served by delightful people. Wish they had more in my size, or would create a plus size section.

There is not a better place to buy a pair of Jeans picked up 5 pairs had to drive from Charlottesville since they closed our location well worth the drive.
