We love this clothing store for kids and only wish they hadn't closed the Willow Lawn shop, since it is much further for us to drive to the Short Pump location. Everyone is always very friendly here and offers to help if you are looking for something in particular.

Hands down my favorite Carters in Richmond. The atmosphere is nice and clean, and very open and spascious. GREAT selection of clothes. And the most important part? There are always other kids in there running around, so I don't feel as bad when my toddler starts playing in the store.....

There is a young gentleman who stands in the counter on weekdays, he is such a delightful person . Very helpful and kind . Good collection of dresses for the kids .

Did not to curbside, no need. Set up was good. Wentvin to get a gift card, But got caught by the special of the week, $6 onezies! Staff was cheerful and helpful.

Always a sale of some sort plus sign up for Carter’s emails and get extra coupons! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Clean store.
