Lush Cosmetics Del Monte

Love this place! They make everyone feel welcome and everything I've tried there works for my sensitive skin. They also were able to occupy my kids for a minute so I could look around a bit with bubbles and a bath bomb demo. This location is one of the best in the Monterey Bay.

I had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here before they opened. The girls had so much fun making their own bath bombs and playing the games the employees set up for them. The employees were very patient and friendly. I have never been able to relax and enjoy a party so much. They really took the reins and flowed well with all the kids energy. You would have thought they were teachers trained in child development. They were also very knowledgeable about the products and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to have a party for me and my adult friends and get the spa type party. Cannot thank Sarah and Veronica more. They made my day!

I've been given wonderful Lush products as gifts but only recently went to the Monterey store myself. It was a scented wonderland where the friendly and helpful staff welcome you to test and smell to your hearts content. They have plenty to choose from, beyond lotions, body washes and soaps. It was fun to go and is worth the trip.

Great location! We were offered help by at least three of the ladies today. I went to look for gifts and they quickly pointed me to the right spot and offered help. Another one of the ladies gave us some helpful tips about their shampoo. The cashier was very sweet!

Given these ladies stay in this super cold store and remain so pleasant, I’m willing to say they’re the absolute best!

Please provide them with a heater, it’s December and I felt so bad looking at the ladies working at Lush. I don’t know how they kept their smiles on whole the store was so cold. I wouldn’t come back if it wasn’t for them.

I love you I'm so glad you expanded from Carmel, I love walking into your store and just wandering around. Today I came in to see what you had in sets that I can send to another state that's on the East Coast for my son and his wife you're wonderful lush specialist helped me pick something that I will actually order online. I'm not usually into this sort of store, but this place is amazing. All the handmade bath items are great for gifts. It also smells great. The employees are really friendly and helpful too.

My husband and I went in for some of their bath bombs and the girl who helped us was so friendly and helped us pick out a face mask too. It was a nice experience
