If you need work boots, I highly recommend going to see Josh here. The model I usually get has been discontinued, so I had to get something new. Josh measured my feet with the computer and tested the pressure points on the pad. Gave excellent recommendations and I ended up with a perfect fit. The insoles they recommended made them even better. I have worn Red Wing boots for over 20 years and will definitely come back here for my next pair.

Josh is amazing! Not only did he get me hooked up with an insole combo that my wife says make me stand better but my knee pain no longer is a thing which I was told would require surgery to fix! Come in, see Josh and you’ll thank me later :)

Stephanie was great. She was very knowledgeable about everything we looked at and she answered all of our questions. She took her time and we didn't feel rushed at all. We feel like we walked out with a good deal and no buyers remorse.

I wish I could give 10 star review well deserved. I needed a hiking boot for a foot problem and I know that Vasque and Red Wings are among some of the best. Josh was able to provide me with a few choices and even furthered my wearing experience with an additional suggestion of trying out an ortho insert. WOW best thing ever.Josh definitely cares about his customer and wants to make sure you are satisfied. I was told if I had any issues or didn't like the insert to come back. If you want quality shoe wear and guarantee than go see Josh. 110% satisfied and numerous purchases for myself and husband. We are lifetime customers!! On an extra note, my husband also purchase boots for all of our drivers. Josh made this transaction very smooth and got what everyone wanted or needed for us in a timely fashion. I must say after reading the multitude of comments obviously some people just don't know the back story of this store. I dealt with the original owner for years and Josh also was part of that team. Best experience hands down compared to other shoe stores in town. You will get nothing but full customer service! So sorry the rest of these people that posted don't think to call directly and talk either to an owner or manager who truly make it right. Also even though you are running to Colorado....same owners.

Picked up a pair of steel toe lace up boots about 18 months ago and finally had to bring them back for repairs. I have them oiled every few months, and my laces wore through a few grommets that started to cut them in half. Recently was working Sunday so I took them in, Charles had them back to me the very same afternoon with all new hooks and grommets.

The following morning I had a hook pull out of one boot and took them back, Charles had them fixed up in 15 minutes. Always professional guys working here and I'll continue to frequent them!

Excellent customer service! Charles went far beyond what any other sales person has given me in many years.
Even though I was not able to buy the boots that I decided on, I am on fixed income, that didn't stop him from helping me find the boots that I WILL buy next month! Sales people like Charles don't come along every day, he deserves a big raise for the service he provides those of us that come through his store! (And no I don't know him personally, I will see him again next month when my money comes in again.

Great experience here. Julian was very knowledgeable and professional. Awesome old-school service. Very good selection. Picked up a pair of the 1907 boots. Cant wait to get these bad boys broken in. I Definitely recommend this shop if you are looking for quality footwear and the service that goes with it.

Josh was so incredibly helpful! After wasting money the past three years on work boots for my fiance (he's a plumber), we not only found answers as to why his boots wear out when and how they did (besides the fact that we were buying poor quality product expecting it to preform for a long time), but we found boots that fit his needs 130% and a few extra goodies to extend the life of the product. And a super comfy pair of slippers for me! 😀😀 THIS PLACE ROCKS! Service oriented staff! High quality product recommended for YOUR needs, not their cash register.

Store closes at 6pm. I got in late due to work. I walked in at 537pm. Was greeted by the store manager Josh. I told him what I was looking for he showed me two different shoes that fit my work policies. I was then measured and pressure tested for custom inserts. The boots fit great. He then piled them for me and chatted with me while completing the sale. Never once did I feel rushed or like he wanted me to leave even though it was closing time. Even though he did all that and I showed up at 537 pm I was walking out of the store 554pm. Extremely professional, polite, helpful and committed to providing the best possible shoe and experience.

Josh has sold me several pair of boots and shoes over the last 15 years, he provides great customer service, which is why I still drive to Cheyenne to get my boots.

Salesman knows his boots. Had 1 month old Red wing work boots that started to come apart. Warranty took care of boots. Was able to get another pair, no questions asked. Great customer service.

Steph and Josh super helpful with selecting sizes and insoles

I have had them preform shoe services on Red wing heritage boots as well as several non red wing chukka boots. These were resoling services, and each time they were high quality repairs. There is catalog that allows you to examine a variety of Vibram soles available, allowing for flexibility in the service. Stitching was great, and they even worked on a crepe sole that became better than new (literally). Also have worked on a leather belt, I recommend them for resoling in the area as well as other leather services. Great that people still do this!

Since the change of ownership a few year back this place is great! They carry the good stuff not just the made in China pretend Red Wings. I got me a new pair of 10877’s and a pair of Iron Rangers and they had them in stock in my size! That never happens. Thank you!
