George went above and beyond helping me resolve my issues. He made to sure to go over all the details with me regarding upgrading my phone and now having home wifi. George was even so precise when placing my new screen protector making sure that it was prefect. The team was nice and welcoming. Bridget was also so helpful as well to ensure that all my needs were met.

Ashley Wallace was FANTASTIC! I went into this store simply to change from Verizon to T-Mobile and I didn't plan on making any purchases. Ashley got me to see the value in upgrading my phone to the S23 Ultra, I got a free Galaxy watch with it, AND she explained how T-Mobile's wifi works and it actually saves me $55 a month once I cancel with Spectrum. I'm very happy with the service I got from Ashley. I highly recommend seeing her for your next purchase! Guillermo also helped out and did a great job as well!

I just went in for something simple, replacing an IPhone screen protector, courtesy of T-Mobile. These guys are always so great and we didn’t make them any money today. Something small became a 20 minute opportunity for a conversation and just a very pleasant experience. Samuel at this store was just great and provided the best customer service.

I came in to set my new iPhone I bought from Apple. I went to a different T-Mobile store where I didn’t really get my questions answered, left confused without my iPhone set up. George/Jorge changed my whole Saturday. He explained everything (“the why”) that didn’t go so smoothly at the other store and helped me update and set up my new phone. He was friendly, personable and so patient. He has a great demeanor, and he put my mind at ease. The customer service here is excellent. George is excellent. If I have any other concerns or questions, I feel confident they can be addressed with care at this store.

Me and my boyfriend went to sprint to add him to my plan and upgrade our phones and we had an amazing experience. We worked with Austin and he was great. He was super nice, joked around with us, and also made sure we were getting the best deals. He definitely knew what he was doing and helped us pick the right phones and accessories that we wanted. He made the experience so enjoyable and I can definitely say I would always go to that store in the future for any reason. Austin did everything for us so literally all we had to do was provide information and pick out our phones and Austin took care of the rest. I would rate the overall trip a 10 out of 10.

Today I went in the store and had the most wonderful experience. Jose Zamarripa was not only a great salesperson but has amazing customer service. He answered all my questions. People like him makes you want to keep going to t mobile. At the end of my purchase he was the sweetest and gave me a bandana for my fur baby which made it so much better of an experience with t mobile. Thank you for your help and service.

Yesterday, I went to two Sprint stores and I couldn't believe the difference in service. The first Sprint store I went to was on 281 by the Hooter's restaurant and the lady who assisted me didn't really explain my choices properly. I went in to get my two phones upgraded. Now, online Sprint, had informed me that I could upgrade to the Iphone XR for $0 upfront and an Iphone 8plus for $0 upfront as well. Now, I do understand that pricing may differ when going to the store, but the lady who attended me did not know how to explain this and wanted me to purchase accessories so she could give me the phones, BUT I'd have to pay $150 upfront and she was examining my phone attentively (trying to find something wrong with them). Instantly, none of this was not in my budget nor liking and decided to go to another Sprint store to see if it would be the same situation.

WELL, guess what people, the situation was completely different at the next Sprint store which is on Blanco road by the WalMart shopping center. A man named Sean Evans assisted me and walked me through the upgrading process and made this experience a wonderful one. Sean informed me that I could upgrade my phones for $60 ($30 each), BUT GET THIS, he found a way to lower that cost to $45 and yes, I did have to purchase some accessories, BUT he explained to me why. I informed both salespeople that I didn't want to pay much out of pocket, I would rather make payments within my bill. Consultant number 1 COULD NOT explain to me why I would have to pay $150 and she did NOT TRY to find ways to lower this cost for me.

Sean Evans, on the other hand, outdid himself by working with the numbers I gave him and made it possible for my mother and I to walk away with our new upgrades; AND only paying $45 (this including glass screen protector, iphone case, and wireless chargers). Sean, thank you for working with me to make sure that this purchase did not SURPASS my budget. It's employees like Sean that make a difference in the experience of a customer. He also had the qualities of patient, understanding, efficient, and being a great communicator. Thank you Sean!

Whitney was extra patient and took care of me and my family. Really worked with us to set us up with a plan and phones and worked within our budget. Real friendly.
(Also, a tip of the hat to the store manager,...sorry, I didn't catch your name...who was also extremely helpful in setting us up and hooking my wife up with a cool swag bag.)

The first and only time I’ve been to this store, we were provided with excellent service. I can’t remember the store managers name, but he gave us his undivided attention. He was knowledgeable enough to provide us with any phone options that we would be interested in. Never once did he try to upsell us on anything. We were there for a while but that is normal when upgrading your phone. The place is clean and the staff is great!

The sales manager , Mr.Juan Martinez , was super professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the Samsung products . I upgraded to the galaxy note 9, and got a Samsung Tab A for free ! I normally get my stuff of amazon for accessories but juan showed me the different ones they have to offer , and after him being so nice I said you know what , I’ll get my accessories from him . People forget that these wonderfully sprint works are salesman , do not waste their time. I used to work in sales in the late 90’s, so when I say Juan Martinez knows how to ask lifestyle question , I know what I’m talking about ! If you want to have a great customer experience come see Mr.martinez , if you want to be a cheapskate and have them do all the work for you and not be grateful, then go online !
