I truly received the best experience shopping at A/M Fragrances & Co. at the Danbury Fair Mall!!! What really made the experience wonderful, was the amazing salesman, Jesse. He was dressed to the nine, so professional and easy to converse with. He knows his knowledge of fragrances for sure, and he ended up selling me 2 fragrances for the upcoming summer, that I know will smell amazing during that time. I’m a satisfied customer and I’ll definitely be back

Shout out to Jesse for being patient, eager to share his knowledge, and understanding of personal preference! I'm only beginning to build out my cologne collection, and he gave me a comprehensive crash course on Cologne 101 while taking time to understand my preferences as I explored the store's extensive collection. Additionally, I wanted to buy perfume as a birthday present for my mother, and he quickly understood my efforts to explain to him my mother's unique taste in fragrance. With the store's great "Buy One, Another Half Off" deal, I purchased cologne for myself, and perfume for my mother. I'll definitely be back in the future, as I continue to expand my personal collection, and I'll be asking for Jesse's peak assistance, too!

Very clean and maintained store! First time walking in today ! Customer service from Jesse was amazing, welcoming, and warming. Definitely will be going back to check out the products. The employee also knows a lot about cologne which made me feel more comfortable asking anything. Great experience for sure.

Absolutely perfect experience! No pushy overselling, but super knowledgeable based on my preferences. My husband is a collector and they even had something new for him. On the other hand, my son is building his collection and is young, they helped pick the perfect option for him. No crazy Christmas nonsense crowd but a good deal. Thanks for your help Jesse!

Bought a cologne for a friends birthday, and turned out his parents got him it for his birthday also. I came back to return it but unfortunately since It was open couldn’t get a return. I had jesse work with me for a couple days to help come up with a solution which would eventually be an exchange. Extremely good customer service from jesse, will shop here again!
