I met Sean and his brother of ‘Mark Irwin Associates’ on a kitchen remodel and store renovation project in 2022. While we provided design assistance and made specific custom cabinetry, Sean and his team did all the renovation work, and completed the cabinetry installation. He was easy to work with and kept the projects moving. Sean is professional, has a positive attitude and is mission oriented. Absolutely thrilled with our newly remodeled kitchen and dining room! We hired Mark Irwin Associates to complete a full gut and remodel on the kitchen of our newly purchased home. From the first point of contact they were incredibly professional, responsive, helpful in planning and executing the project. They are working in a tough climate (supply shortages, delays, price jumps), but managed to stay close to budget and timeline, while handling each piece of the project flawlessly. I was especially impressed with their communication throughout, we so appreciated the daily updates while we anxiously awaited completion. Sean, Ryan, and team are not only brilliant contractors (all the finishes are top notch!), but also helped us nail down many of the design choices. They helped us to create a space that is both beautiful and functional for our family, and we are already thinking about our next project with this dream team!

This was my first experience working with a contractor for remodeling purposes. Being a bit tentative and not knowing what to expect I took a chance with Sean and MIA after friends highly recommended them as MIA had done several projects for them. Sean and his team walked me through the process from budgeting to finish. Once the work began, they were professional, efficient, engaging, respectful, and patient. Sean’s crew were respectful of my home cleaning up after each shift. When Sean encountered an unexpected issue that was not in the budget, he took time to explain all possible options. The costs of all were reasonable given the circumstances. I now have a kitchen that I’m very happy with and in which I enjoy working. I am now planning with Sean to have another project started in the near future.

I had to replace my roof due to storm damage. I was advised to get a contractor. I reached out to several without success. I called Mark Irwin Associates, they scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. They provided all the information to the insurance company and scheduled the replacement. I have an in-ground pool with a vinyl liner. I was very concerned about debris and nails going in to the pool. They completed the roof quickly and to my astonishment no debris or nails entered my pool. At the time of replacement Sean recommended we remove our skylights. My husband and i just love the skylights and did not listen to sean and proceeded without removal. Several months later, my husband reached out to Sean to request the skylights removed. Seans team showed up and removed the skylights and completed the job. When the roof was replaced sean had the fore thought to leave me additional shingles incase we changed our minds so the roof would match if we did decide. We we so satisfied with the job and would highly recommend using Mark Irwin Associates for all my construction needs going further

We have worked with Sean from MIA on multiple occasions. Every time it went well. We got got a new roof, they did a great job. They put a portico on, it looked beautiful, it really increased the curb appeal of our home. We also used them to remodel our kitchen, they did a fantastic job. It was exactly like we wanted, actually even better with some of Sean’s suggestions. They remodeled our bathrooms as well. They came out terrific. I highly recommend using Mark Irwin Associates. They are friendly, punctual and extremely professional.

Mark Irwin Associates is a fantastic company I would recommend for almost any contracting job. Sean, Will, and their team built a new modern fireplace and custom shelves in my great room. The fireplace was a beautiful large-scale slate tile that Sean suggested. The outcome was fantastic and the process was a dream. Sean and Will worked with me to make it exactly the way I wanted it, asking me questions all the way through to make sure everything was going as planned. I look forward to using them again on my next renovation project.

The team members at Mark Irwin Associates are an exceptional group of focused, knowledgeable, meticulous, talented, and kind people. In March 2021, our roof leaked. Sean Irwin immediately responded within a couple of hours. His assessment was thorough; roof was repaired with no further issues. Then in June 2021, the central air malfunctioned and caused a leak in master bedroom ceiling. Ryan and Will meticulously repaired the ceiling. I requested supplementary work, and Will obliged without hesitation. We are extremely appreciative of the Irwin Team.
