Well....I wasn't in the Kearney store as I live in Grand Island. However, if the Kearney store is anything like our Grand Island one, then 5 STARS FROM ME! I have found my new "GO-TO" store for all of my percussion needs. I love the Atmosphere, the showroom, and let's not mention the fact that Yandas prices speak for themselves. Excellent quality at affordable prices. ( i swear I sound like an advertisement, huh? Lol) No more trips to the pawn shop or spending forever online looking for good deals either. One stop shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Came in with an old, busted guitar. Got a quick turn around on expectations and cost for fixes.

Ended up purchasing a replacement based on staff recommendations.

We stopped earlier in the day to ask Steve to get out the system we had talked about a few weeks earlier. When we stopped back later in the day, he had set up the system prior to us getting there and said he would not sell us that system. It had distortion in the sound when turned up. Steve then showed us a less expensive system that had 1,300 watts vs the other unit at 175 watts and the sound was amazing. Thank you Steve for your care in choosing the right fit for me. We appreciate you. Yanda is blessed to have you as an employee.

I did it!!!😊. For a couple years I have been looking for a smaller body guitar and have not had any success — UNTIL Yanda’s in Kearney. Decision-making is difficult for me when purchasing a more expensive item like a guitar —- but I had the most patient salesman (J.) who took the extra time to play each guitar for me so that I could hear the subtle differences each offered, allowed me time to check them out, and to really think about the choices before purchasing. Honestly I finally made a guitar purchase here because of the excellent help I received - I feel that he went above and beyond in customer service, and made me feel really satisfied with my final decision. As well as showing me a good variety of items that I had asked about for stocking stuffers. Yanda’s Music store is top choice for me. Thanks for the great experience!

Went in to look around. Discovered that they can build up a prewired pick guard for my strat. They were very easy to work with and I was able to order the pick guard the way I wanted it. Knowledgeable staff.

Bought my first guitar at 60+ years old. Great customer service assisting me. I needed several visits to make my selection. Everyone was very patient and helpful.

Nice place. Good knowledge of the acoustic guitars. I haven't played in years. Didnt want a cheap one. But didnt want the most expensive either. I was going to buy a case. The gentleman helping me said no need. There was a case that went with the specific guitar I was buying. Good experience. 👍

I felt like a kid in a candy shop. This place has answered so many of my dreams I've had, and the people there were so down to earth and very chill, and very knowledgeable about everything they had there. Definitely worth checking out!

My teenager and I went to Yanda's to get information about ukuleles. We were helped in a friendly way, but also given space to look at the different brands, try them, and we were also shown music book options. We didn't feel pressured, but felt comfortable asking questions. We went back later and bought a ukulele and a beginner book! I thought the service was perfect!

I recently bought a Jackson SLX "Checkered past" Soloist. Friendly and helpful staff. It had a problem with fret buzz and they took care of the problems like professionals.

Incredible overall experience. While arriving into the store I was greeted and quickly directed to sections of the store I was looking for. After picking up what I needed, I decided to browse around the guitar section. While playing a few guitars, my daughter was handed a guitar from an employee, and he shared a few chords with her. Just an overall great experience with individuals who were passionate about music and passing it on to the future generation.

Yandas is awesome!! Been going here since I was a teenager they have nice high end guitars and lots of cheap accessories for good deals if u need something for your instrument or need any gear this is the place to go!!!

I ordered a beautiful electronic drum set from Yandas Music and it arrived inanely fast and in pristine condition. I can tell just from interacting with Miles that these guys truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely order from here again and stop by if I’m ever in the area. Rock on!
