A huge shout out to Amanda W. She was able to fix the issue with our volunteer hotspots that I have been working on since Labor Day! She pays attention to details , does not rush, and gets this right! Excellent Customer service

My daughter’s T-mobile WiFi cord broke, so her WIFI wasn’t working, but neither was the data on her phone so we stopped in for help. Markell was AMAZING! He fixed her phone, explained everything, gave us tips for the future and then came out from the back with a new cord for her WIFI to bring home. I have never had this great of an experience at a phone store.. EVER! We will be doing all of our business here going forward (and hopefully with Markell!!)

Ty was awesome! She took care of our phone needs and didn't make us feel less than because we wanted Androids! She worked with us to switch carriers and made sure that we knew we could come back to get some things taken care of that couldn't be done at that specific time (like having pictures taken off the old phones). I will not hesitate to return to this T-Mobile store and I will certainly recommend Ty to my friends and family.

Very friendly and professional staff. I enjoyed working with Josh as he was more than helpful at resolving my issue.

Within a minute or two of entering the store I was greeted by a fella named Matt, who asked my name and to describe briefly what had brought me to T Mobile. and then said he'd be with me soon. I had somehow changed the look of my email making it difficult for me to read and compose new mail. Not having the knowledge to undo this on my own I sought the help of these folks at T Mobile. Matt was extremely helpful in this case, he explained what had happened and even reconfigured my home screen making it much easier and faster to retrieve me mail. He was professional and courteous and showed confidence in his knowledge of my situation. I would certainly recommend this location for those reasons. !

I needed a new phone, so i went to this location and I’m very glad I did. They were very friendly and helpful from the time i walked into the store all the way up until i left. They make sure that you understand what your paying for & offered good deals as well. highly recommend for anyone looking into getting a new cellphone provider or anything like that

The store was a little busy but the staff was quick and friendly.

We came in to add my phone to an existing plan with TMobile. Ty helped us; she was fantastic! She was extremely helpful, and very patient and understanding while having to wait for my previous service to send the info she needed to port my line. Already happy I switched.

We came to this store spontaneously, not knowing much about the 5G home internet and was curious. The minute we walked into the store we were greeted by Ryan. Ryan could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I rarely visit a phone store of any brand that's not bland and boring, however this particular location is the exception by far with the professionalism of Ryan who was also entertaining and made our visit comfortable. Highly recommended to visit this store for your T-mobile needs.

Literally the best phone service experience I’ve ever had 👍Sienna was my rep and hit on everything I could’ve hoped for. Very clear explanations, answered all of my questions in a way I could follow, provided transparency, and got things done in a timely manner.

Sienna also found where myself and family members were overpaying due to our old Sprint plans and walked me through how to get things taken care of, as well as timelines for doing so.

Very impressed with their customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and as hassle free as possible. I had some weird issues that, in my opinion, other places might have written off to make their work day easier. This would have caused me a world of hurt in the long run. They did a great job making everything right and getting my issues resolved. I didn't feel like they were just wearing uniforms, I felt like they actually wanted to help me.

Great service, amazing pace and ability to multitask. This is the only T-Mobile store we go to because the manager is fantastic and kind and prompt and EJ is amazing. She has helped me out several times. She is an all star. This company is lucky to have her.

Customer Service Rep was VERY helpful and gave me info to help solve email issue. Staff has always been great. I've been with Tmobile since my cell phone start, 23 years ago and have always used the New Brighten store for help.

As others have said, there is sometimes a wait, so don't plan on going here if you only have 10 minutes or something. I went in today and had to wait about 30 minutes, however they do offer to call you when it's your turn if you want to sit in your car etc. Once it was my turn, it was super fast. EJ helped me and it only took about 10 minutes to switch from a contract account to a Connect account. The employee really seemed to know what they were doing, and they were able to effectively multitask with multiple customers at once. Thanks! PS, EJ deserves a raise. :)

We came in half an hour before the store was supposed to close and were helped by Ryan and he was great. No issues, got us new SIM cards and have use options for phone upgrades great experience!

If you are a current SPRINT customer, please go see Jeremy Z. at this store. He is one of a few SPRINT experts left from the merge and he can assist you with your Sprint tech needs. I had some Sprint only inclusive offers that Jeremy was able to do for me and save me time and money. Being a Sprint customer I went to 2 other T-mobile stores around the Rosevile area, they sent me off because they didn't know how to port a new T-mobile phone for Sprint. Additionally, these T-mobile only associates knew nothing about Sprint or its deals so they were going to make me pay $1200 up front for two new phones and they were going to force me to open a new line. If this is how T-mobile trained its Sales Reps, I'm definitely going to switch providers if they dissolve Sprint completely so I can avoid the lack of service and loyalty.
