I'm writing this review because of a horrible experience with an online purchase-overseas customer service that turned magnificent when I brought it to the attention of the store manager (St Charles). She over compensated more than I had expected to win my business back. I do believe your technical staff has work to do on the online site to review an order before placing especially because ordering on the phone has visibility issues (scrolling). Overall ladies, use your local store for product selections and always speak with a manager if you are in need. I am truly so impressed with how important they made me feel at the St Charles store. For the district/regional manager's attention - the offshore customer service does not do your organization any favors at all. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Come back to the US.

Very friendly staff wanting to help you. Wide variety of many brands and types of make up hair products, blow dryers, straighteners, brushes accessories, bathing products. You name it they got it. Very competitive prices..

Shopped for my niece, as a dude, I had no clue what to do or what to look for, staff was friendly and joked around light heartedly with me, they knew I didn't have a clue. My niece love what she got, well at least she acted like it... good enough for me!

I was at 3 this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised as had wonderful service and help here compared to the other 2 Ultas. Product was in stock and felt valued as a customer.

Emmy did a gorgeoud job on my balayage. Complete artist with her blending and color choices. Made me feel beautiful 🤩

What a difference between Schaumburg and St. Charles staff!
I will always come back to this store. Even when it was Christmas rush, at least three girls asked me if I needed help. In Schaumburg they are avoiding eye contact and when asked to help tried selling pricey product and brushed me off in 5. At St.Charles Jessy walked me through the store, explaining the products and helped me pick the product that best fits my skin needs and tone. HUGE difference!

Emmalyn is so talented, professional, and knowledgeable. She always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend her 💗

Just went there today for Christmas shopping, unlike other stores, they treated everyone as a high class client, which to me is very important. Specifically a employee named Nalleli, she helped me find the PERFECT gift and was super helpful and knew her stuff. From the moment I walked in she was already working with someone and she moved from person to person through the store flawlessly 10/10 would definetly come here again!

I had such a great experience at this St.Charles Ulta location ❤ I don't wear makeup that often however, my birthday was coming up, and I'm going to a festival this weekend and needed new long-lasting makeup. My experience started when I walked in, and I was unaware that it was almost closing time. Although It was closing time, Asha took her time to talk to me about each product I showed interest in. I've been to different Ulta locations, and usually, they hand me the first thing they see. As we all know, makeup is not cheap. Asha took her time and wanted to find me the perfect match for my skin tone. She tried a few concealers on me however she politely asked me if I could come back thé next day. I left so happy that someone took the time to help me in such a unique way! I came back the next day, and I was so happy that Asha was there eagerly waiting for me as well ❤❤❤ she told me how she did research on my skin and gave me solid tips on how I could take care of my skin and matched my concealer perfectly to my tone! As I mentioned, I don't wear make-up, but with Asha's confidence in choosing the right products, I will be coming back for more! Thank you so much, Asha. You were beyond incredible ❤

The women working today were awesome!! They weren't aggressively following me around, or constantly asking if I need anything. Instead they focused on their work and asked each customer if they need any help at the appropriate times. They had great customer service and handling skills and really helped me find what I need.

Clean store, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good covid-19 precautions. Maggie in particular was incredibly helpful in showing me to what I was looking for and making great suggestions to get me to what I needed! Will definitely return for my future makeup needs.

Very nice staff. Good haircut and I expect good color service. Usually go to the other location in Geneva and have wonderful favorites there as well and they were booked so this was absolutely great. Lexi is wonderful.

I swear by the Salon at Ulta. High quality for better prices than the luxurious looking salons. Abby is a young and thriving hair artist and I trust her with my life. She knows what she is doing, and is very clear and honest. You can tell she is passionate with her craft and is also super gentle when she’s brushing your hair. You won’t be disappointed! 💜
