I shop Aeropostale online a lot and proceeded to contact this store about an error in the size received for a zip-style 6623 Hoodie which Maegan Casinger attempted to resolve for me through every means "above and beyond the call of duty" by contacting all of the local stores and making suggestions for the best way to take care of the problem.
In my humble estimation and vast experience with retail, employees like Ms. Casinger are not recognized enough for such excellence and personable service.
Aeropostale should give her an award for meritorious and loyal service that is a credit to the organization she serves. Kudos Maegan and my thanks.

I've been coming here for 20 + years. The staff are incredibly rude. I thought it's just some employees, know I'm certain it's a management problem and every employee is just inconveniently rude. It's not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I have given this store several opportunities but every time I go in to shop the employees are always incredibly unprofessional, don’t acknowledge anyone in our party and act like we are interrupting their party. Today 2 out of the 3 workers were all over each other, I assume they are a couple while the over was bent over the counter going through her phone. We always have to approach them to get a fitting room and even then they act like they can’t be bothered. I refuse to spend my money in a place that continues to decline in customer service. There are too many other shops where the employees get it right.

I came here with my friend just a few minutes ago and the manager was exceptionally nice to me and my friend. While there was this one worker who made this experience anything but enjoyable. I waited outside of the fitting room for my friend for around 10 mins and I stood there on my phone as I wasn’t purchasing anything myself. The woman then proceeded to repeatedly say “Hey” towards my direction. At this I ignored her because it was a group of employees talking nearby. Then she proceeded to keep staring at me outside of the fitting room and walking around me repeatedly. Then she asked “Do you need help finding anything?” I didn’t know I looked so suspicious waiting on my friend literally outside of the fitting room she was in and talking to her. I won’t be coming back here.

I came here about a week ago and it used to be one of my favorite stores to shop for my daughter. I am very upset with how they are handling covid protocols. We have a state mask mandate and their employees have them under their chins. As a health care worker, I am disgusted. The girl who checked me out, Sami, was extremely rude and the fact that she could not pull her mask up infuriated me. I will no longer be returning to this location and neither will my friends.

Walked in the store and noticed so we talked for a few minutes, later on I found out that Yowana (one of the managers) called my brother loud and annoying. I don’t feel like myself in the store no more and neither does my brother. It’s a shame because I like shopping there. Aeropostale needs to do something about this.

Horrible customer service! The employees (too many for the number of customers in the store) are loud, immature and unprofessional. Will not be back. Try American Eagle instead!

Went into the mall and realized my friend was working so I said hi I later found out that the worker Yowana was making rude comments calling me loud and annoying and now every time I walk in she gives me a weird look even when I do nothing to her. Luckily Tania one of the other managers apologized and made everything ok she definitely helped a lot
