CVS

We use this pharmacy for all our prescriptions. The pharmacy staff including all the pharmacistsans technicians area very helpful, professional, and efficient. Yesterday I needed help regarding my Care Pass and the store manager ( Shella?) was very nice and helpful.

I don't know why a lot of the reviews are so low. I love this store. It is spacious, clean, and well organized. I go to the pharmacy often as I am type 1 diabetic and the staff has always been so kind and willing to give help and advice when needed.

5 stars for keeping the smell of BO in your entrance for years. It’s like gettin slapped in the face by a corpse every time I walk in. Will return, you should probably check your attic

The employees are very customer service oriented. The lead pharmacist, Jay, is very helpful & knowledgeable.
The lines normally move right along. I have never had anyone become rude to me - luckily for them, lol !

The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are amazing people , they go beyond the call of duty to help others , these are people that are really rare to find these days we need them in this country , to all the people that help me this morning ,, thank you 🙏🏻 I will never forget It .

I've always thought fairly highly of CVS. I feel like that is not shared by all, including doctors which is odd to me but my experience is typically good. Both the store overall and the pharmacy. Locations tend to have good continuity between them as franchises should. I guess there could be better pharmacy/convenience stores but CVS has almost always fulfilled my needs without issue.

Always helpful and polite -- even when customers were rude and impatient. This is not a 24 hour and this is NOT the fault of the staff. There are 2 24 hour pharmacies I'm aware of in Santa Clarita, maybe 3. People with small kiddos need to find out AHEAD of time where these are so you are ready when you need something in middle of the night. One more thing, these people put the people who are in line FIRST over the phone. If you are on the phone, you need to learn to be patient. A+
