I have not been impressed with this location. I ordered the veggie hummus wrap and everything in it was wilted and soggy. I’ve ordered the same wrap before from this location and I don’t remember the wrap being grilled last time, but I could be wrong. The kale and apple slaw was also missing from my bag. The quality of food and service is definitely better at the CR 466 location.

It pains me to write this. As a Vegetarian who has been looking for a decent healthy and vegetarian quick eat, I thought Tropical Smoothie was the place. Sadly, it doesn't look like that will be the case any longer. I was initially excited about this location's grand opening on August 11, 2023, and I've been a loyal customer since then. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Despite the staff being new and still learning, I encountered various issues, such as long wait times and order inaccuracies.
A few weeks ago, I had a long wait for my food, but a dedicated staff member went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She not only apologized but also refunded my meal, offered the wrap for free, and provided discounts for future visits. Her excellent customer service made me want to return.
During today's visit, I noticed that the cashier was struggling to navigate the register, and I even offered to order a side dish to make things easier for her. Despite my efforts to be understanding of the new staff, my experience took a turn for the worse. I ordered my favorite and usual order, the Veggie Hummus wrap (with no ranch dressing), but it came with chicken instead. When I spoke to the manager about it, I didn't receive a satisfactory response. They implied that I should have mentioned my vegetarian preference, even though it was the only vegetarian food item listed on their menu (aside from side dishes).
Despite my loyal support since the grand opening and my efforts to assist the cashier, this recent incident has left me disappointed, and I won't be returning. It's unfortunate to see a rapid decline in quality and service.

Food, smoothies and staff are great but it was freezing cold when I went there last couple of times. It seems unit is not fixed yet and felt like hostile environment.

So dang wrong. The three cheese quesadillas were not even grilled. A TBLS of chicken and cheese . So I only ate the top. No salsa that always comes with it. They seriously just lost a customer.
