David and Amy were awesome representatives! They were very knowledgeable and knew how to help me in every way I needed and knew the answer to every question I had. Not only were they extremely friendly too, but William and Dylan were also very friendly as well. They all are definitely model employees.

Amy was very patient and helpful throughout this process! She has a great personality and goes above and beyond to help her customers. Definitely deserves to be promoted and compensated for her great work ethic and her sweet personality!

Just recently went in to upgrade from my old phone and received phenomenal service from Amy. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly (like the whole staff at this location. They helped me trade in my phone and lower my monthly bill during my upgrade. When I came back today to double check I understood all my plan changes, Jasmine and Quan were both incredibly nice and talked me through the whole thing. They have a fantastic team working at this spot, highly recommended.

Quinn did a great job... I had some different services and switches that needed to be performed with my account. He handled them quickly and if he didn’t have the answer he didn’t hesitate to call his supervisor who did have the answer. I can appreciate that instead of trying to fake the answer and messing my accounts up. Also, when I walked in they immediately greeted me and there was no wait. Thanks guys!

Alex is a superstar. I originally went in for something else, yet Alex hung with me for hours, just to make sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted. He searched his inventory, and even other stores to insure I was going to be 100% satisfied. Alex really understands what customer service is all about. He’s my hero for his professionalism and great knowledge.

I came in to the store and Josh helped me with the billing issues about my dad’s phone bill. Josh has been so helpful and with professional customer service. He was so patience to call in for my dad’s land line billing issue. He talked to customer service for me and told me exactly what happened to my dad’s phone bill. He even asked customer service to mail the required application for my dad. Josh , thank you so much for your help. AT&T should have more employees like Josh.
