Actually got some help with what I needed this time. Had to return the item for an exchange but it wasn't their fault . They helped me out in a timely manner. Beat experience in 10 years. I believe it was Eric who helped me. Very nice older gentleman actually listened to what I needed.

Decent store. Service counter always helpful. Store is alot cleaner than it used to be. Much improved.

Huge shout-out for rescuing me from a plumbing nightmare the night before Thanksgiving. In a desperate search for a 1/2 CPVC adapter to fix a busted water pipe, I walked up to the lock doors at 10:45 PM after closing time, hoping someone would still be inside to help. Without this small piece of CPVC my water would be off until Friday when they open back up.
This Lowe's team deserves a big thanks for embodying and exceeding amazing customer service and turning a potential Thanksgiving disaster into a smooth and grateful experience. Kudos to Lucinda, Travis, Barry, and Scott for being the real heroes at Lowe's!

Quick shout out to the delivery team, David and Frederick, for the delivery and set up of our new washer and dryer. This team was on time, professional, and quick. Thank you, guys!

Designed this raised bed garden, got all materials at Lowe's and so happy with outcome. Next have to get my gray pea gravel to cover the platic.

We have been here several times for our home needs as we set up our new house. Each time we have been able to find what we need, and the quality of the products available is great.
Most recently I went shopping for a few plants and pots for my front patio. The plants seem very well cared for with a great selection to choose from. I was able to find something beautiful and tasteful. I will definitely be back for more household needs.

Helpful at checkout in that another customer was having difficulty at the register but another employee opened a register just for my order.

Had an interview. Was set up on an automatic robot, was scared I would go in and they wouldn’t know I was coming. The manager greeted me with my name, had all of the interview papers out, and was very professional.
I’ve been to tons of interviews over the last 2-3 months and this was hands down the best interview I’ve had. Thank you guys for your consideration, hopefully you will find a great candidate!

Lowe's is the place to be. If you can't get it from Lowe's you probably don't need it. We love going to Lowe's. I just wish there was some way to know about sales on tools?

I was shopping for 2 new toilets for my American Veteran's Post (AmVets Post 90). Not just any toilet would fit as we have a pvc pipe that runs along the wall behind the toilets. I explained my issue with Sue and she was able to help me find one we thought would work. Both toilets were installed with no problems!

It's Flower season and boy oh boy I love to shop for deals on plants at Lowes.

My wife has some "pay dirt" from Alaska sitting around waiting on me to construct a mini SLUICE BOX so she can have her some gold for her birthday at the end of this month.

I was able to use my limited knowledge to find various items we will need. Lowe's has great prices and they are always well stocked

A few weeks ago Clay and Annie assisted me! Annie was a kind and funny cashier! Clay helped me with primer options I was struggling with. Tonight Joanna helped me in self checkout because my gift cards weren't working. She was patient with me and kind. Clay was very helpful, patient, and kind as I had more questions and he took care of my paint. Great crew at Lowes! God bless all

Found everything I needed for installing air conditioner in my portrait studio. Great selection of products. Always shop here when in Cleveland. Always have a little do it yourself project of some kind of another going on. Highly recommend.

Bout a stove. Staff ws friendly. Hard to get help. But when we finally got help. She was very good. Kind and helpful.

I have to say , walking in today around 4pm I was greeted by one of the sweetest associates Shelbi !!! She was amazing! She immediately answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Once i arrived to the lawn and garden area the lady there , I didn't catch her name, but I know she mentioned she came in to help today, was just wonderful. She really made my day. Her and another guy were so polite and took time to help me. It really meant alot and made my whole shopping experience a pleasure.

I was looking for a specific water pressure guage and had a hard time finding it in the plumbing section. I finally asked for help at the service desk. The young lady there cheerfully came to the correct isle with me and helped me search for the obscure guage until we found it. I was in a hurry that evening, so was grateful for her help. I have had many positive experiences with help at this Lowe's which I frequent often.
