I had an AC installation done, super quick and easy and most cost effective. Also got a microwave— purchased within 10 min. I spoke with David who is great, very friendly and both guys in the store were amazing as well.

So I went in looking for speaker a couple weeks back. Ended up getting a JBL party box. It's a small store but packs alot everything is clean and nicely organized. The staff was friendly attentive and knowledgeable. Got a good deal on it too that or salesman was just that good hahaha would Definitely come back and shop again.

Super friendly spot. Great for all the little things you might need. Chargers, Headphones, USB sticks all well priced. They also sell air conditioners in the summer.

High quality selection of products. Staff was helpful in answering questions and they quick to match price from another retailer. They also let me borrow a hand truck to bring my purchase back. Definitely would recommend this store especially if you live in the area!

We buy most of our electronics here at this point because of the great attention to detail.
Recently we bought a new AC which had some issues. But Paul was very helpful every step of the way; he gave us a replacement, which he cheerfully and quickly installed.
Whenever we go there, Paul asks specific questions about what we need, to make sure that he's recommending the perfect product. That's true customer service.
A+++ for service, talent and kindness.

Honestly this is my favorite electronics store ever. The people that work here are helpful but not pushy. Knowledgeable but not condescending.

My fiance and I went to purchase 2 TVs from here. The owner and Paul were both very friendly and welcoming. The prices were very competitive and the level of customer service was amazing. I have Miele Triflex Vacuum cleaner, I buy from PC Richard Woodside, Queens with sloopy salesman year ago have problem with handles switch on & off. They dont want help & just say it. We cant help you because you don’t purchase additional warranty from US. Even though the warranty for 2 years from Miele.
But! Lucas Electronic answer & solve the problem right away without hesitate to Fix the Miele Triflex.

My roommates and I just recently bought a TV here. First, the prices are hard to beat and they will match any outside price you find (ex.Amazon). We didn’t need it since their price was the best on the market for the TV we wanted. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Paul. The customer service here is great. He was very friendly and offered us help in getting the TV back to our apartment. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I highly recommend this locally owned shop for any TV purchasing in Greenpoint.

Came to Lucas electronics last week to get a new flat screen. The store was very friendly and helped me out in choosing what I needed. Their prices are the best compare to best buy or PC richard, was able to save another $50 bucks. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent selection of electronics, everything you could need in one place yet seems airy and well organized at the same time. Great service and professional staff. Bought a space heater here and the price was very competitive. Support local! This place rocks.

So helpful! My headphones stopped working and I couldn’t find the receipt or box but they worked with me to locate the receipt in their system and have the company send me a new pair at no cost. Unlike big electronic companies they made it quick and easy (and it didn’t end up costing me).
