CVS Pharmacy

They were helpful but they need more hands behind the counter for the amount of people using that exact store

They are pleasant and seem to know What i need before i even ask

My health insurance forces me to use CVS and I must say this pharmacy has grown on me. On my most recent visit, the guy working in the pharmacy told two people they needed to have a mask on. It was great to see that they’re holding customers to the mask requirement. When using the drive through, my prescription is always ready when expected. They also provide the option to have your prescriptions mailed once filled. That’s super convenient!

I usually use the drive up since it's more convenient. I scheduled a flu shot yesterday online and was able to do all the paperwork before I got there. Was done within 5 minutes of entering store.

Went to get a prescription filled for a common pain reliever. Was told that they did not have it in stock. Go to Walgreens.

Used to love dealing with this place; have been using them for years. The service has steadily gotten much worse. My prescriptions are never ready on time, sometimes I am told a certain time and when I get there I am asked to come back. Now when I need assistance inside everyone ignores waiting customers. Then when they finally do acknowledge one they call who they see first, having no regard for people that were waiting ahead. I am moving my business elsewhere.

I am a CVS customer I pay a membership every month. A worker treated me badly and insinuated that I was stealing when I was only paying. She was an old lady with blond hair.

Need to answer the phone and hire more staff in Pharmacy....

The pharmacy never has the prescription that you need. You have to either wait a day
