Ross Dress for Less

Close to our home so I frequent here. I love their home accessories especially the curtains. They had good instant noodles in the kitchen dept one time.

Security there today was super nice.
Household goods are a better find than women shoes or kids apparel.

Cheap prices, if you look around you can find name brand clothes. Got an original Van tee for 10$ 👍

I like it because they close at 12 and is in order I will go more often they have plenty of items!!!

I have had some deaths in the family. When I went to Ross, one family member died shortly after, which kept me from being able to return to Ross to return a couple items that I'd bought but, once home, had second thoughts. (Why is it that you can try shoes on in the store and they feel fine, but when you get them home, suddenly they're too big?)

I usually only go to Ross when I have a lot of errands that take me in the area so I can kill one bird with two stones (especially as expensive as gas is right now). So when I was finally able to get back to Ross to make the return (within the 30-day-return time frame), they were CLOSED! The entire store...closed. I suppose they were shut down for inventory or something. I don't know why because there was no sign on the door.

Unfortunately, it took me a while to get back to Ross, and this time it was AFTER their return grace period. Still, I went to see if maybe I could work something out.

At the register, I explained why it took me so long to get back, and I was told that, as long as the system still recognized the receipt code, I could at least get a store credit. And that's what happened. The receipt was recognized and a store credit was issued!

So I was very thankful. Now all I have to do is wait till I'm making another trip back to the area so I can use the credit. (I just didn't have the time that day.) But as I was told there's no expiration, I don't have to rush it.

The Return-line setup is a bit weird (there's no dedicated associate working just returns) and takes a LONG time to be seen because, at first, no one was calling anyone in the Return line and then, when an associate began taking returns, it was mixed in with regular purchases. So it takes a while to make a return doing it this way, but at least we were seen.

That's the only negative I can list. Otherwise, the store is clean and well organized, and for this type of store that's saying a lot. Usually at stores such as these, aisles are scattered with merchandise so you can barely walk let alone get a cart down the lane! But I didn't see a single thing out of place.

So I recommend this Ross.

I love seeing Nichol at the counter everyday she always gives me a huge smile and absolutely makes my day. :)
She works really hard and sticks it out even with a line going around the whole store. I'm my years shopping here I've seen such a crazy employee turn over rate!! I'm genuinely so shocked she has vanished yet so I wanted to make an appreciation review here for her! The staff also keeps everything stocked and check in on people. I feel welcomed.

This location has drastically improved for the better. Staff are competent and kind. Line was quick. I was in and out of there and less than 10 mins . That's a first..

I really liked it. They had a lot of temptations to keep buying more great brands at great prices; but I came in for shorts and that's what I left with. Great place overall, the line wasn't too long like it usually is.

The line moved fast and I found all the items I was looking for. The store was cleaner than previous visits. The Cashier greeted me and she was very pleasant. I could see the store security, but they did not follow me around during this visit to the store.

A bit pricey but I bought two throw rugs I need it desperately. The best thing I love about Ross is t h e i r cologne pricing. I love white diamonds, diamonds and rubies, Etc and they are very very fairly priced I grab them every time I see them as well as Giorgio, red, Etc

The moment you walk in you are warmly greeted by security. You immediately get asked if you have any questions or need any help finding something they are there for you to assist. I love shopping at Ross! The prices are excellent and the deals are great. You get an array of brands and choices. I one thousand percent recommend shopping at Ross!!!

Much better experience at this location! No problem with my drink. Also, I got a like 10×10 rug and a gentleman (I think the manager) carried it out for me! Thank you sir. And good choice in cars. ;)

I love Ross. Great finds as long as you have the patience to go through rack after rack. I always find what I’m looking for. Great prices. Clean Store.

Dress for less alright. Variety in sizes for the whole family and things for the house & pets at affordable prices.

Now the hours at Ross at the plant are open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I make sure I go early in the morning when they open and there's no problems, get there before all the coronavirus get there

Love this place. The clothes are all separated by size. It is easy to find things
They also have shoes and purses. They also carry kids clothes. Not very pricey.

I got some great deals on a couple sweaters and jeans. They had my size in jeans which was epic because it doesn't commonly happen.
