Roberts Ace Hardware

Went to Robert’s Ace Hardware for some plumbing needs. I was installing a drinking water filter under my sink. I explained to Chris what I was doing and he knew exactly what I needed. One trip and I was set! Got home, installed everything and was good to go! They are always very helpful!

The first ACE Hardware I delt with in the valley some 25 years ago. It had the best selection of hardware and the best employees. I had closer stores after a few years and changed stores. I had to find an older repair kit last week and could not find it at Lowes, Home Depot or any of my local ACE Hardware stores. So, I went back to Roberts, they had it and still have that great service to help you find what you need.

Awesome people, really helpful and friendly. I saw them helping a few people whole here going through detailed answers and instructions. We're also nice enough to not tow my vehicle when I got stuck there over night. The one thing that was kind of disappointing was that they wouldn't cut a blank car key I brought in. Not really sure who will tho. I was hoping they'd just cut it for me and then I could worry about programming it myself but they said it was a liability thing. Still tho I can't really be too hard on them over it that still helped me out and I was able to at least get a generic key cut to open the door just in case so that still helped a bit. It was only 5$but it just won't work in the ignition.

Walked in with part in hand. Wandered toward where it might be located, but before I made it into an aisle someone asked if they could help. 30 seconds later I was headed toward the checkout with exactly what I needed.

Friendly staff and great customer service! Prices are a little higher than what you would find at a big retail store however I think that's part of being the small mom-and-pop independent owner. Sometimes it's worth paying a little extra to help out the independent shops. I was picking up a spare key and the gentleman helping me showed me some really cool specialty keys, I had mentioned they were nice but I didn't want the extra weight and he pointed me out to this super lightweight titanium (or something) key! It's the little things like that I appreciate!

There is no way anyone should give this location anything less than a perfect 5 out of 5 !!! This location is always spotless, they always have inventory and the staff is phenomenal!!! Especially this one employee by the name of RICO, he’s supremely knowledgeable on almost everything and knows the store like the back of his hand- so he can tell you where EVERYTHING is at ! You’ll also get a really good laugh whenever you talk to him (RICO) …Ace is definitely the place !!! And I appreciate this store so much because they’re always right on time !!!

I went here in search of some bolts for my vehicle, which I found. I have been looking for a place that could make a copy of my key and home depot and every other store said they couldn't. The gentlemen here took about a minute to make me a whole new one for a great price. Not going to Home Depot for my automotive needs anymore!

I love the fact that Ace still maintains a traditional hardware store. Where people can go and buy the tools and hardware they need to repair what they have. If you go to any other big hardware and materials store, they'll sell you new items and kits but not what it takes to repair the fixtures you have.

Very nice, clean & modern store. Plenty of helpful staff. Large selection of items that are displayed in an easy to find way. Too notch Ace Hardware store. If you order online for in-store pickup then just proceed to the Service desk in the back of the store.

Awesome customer service and great people, had to replace a window pane. Of all the house projects I have done on my own replacing a window was a first. Their help saved me $350 just by doing it my self and those helpful experience. I love this store.

This Ace Hardware is the closest one to my house. I dislike big box stores in general, and I visit this store location at least once a week. Upon entering, I am always greeted by friendly employees, and on those occasions when I need assistance, a knowledgeable person is happy to answer my questions.

Sometimes... it's rare, but sometimes.... you have just what I needed. Changing a spark plug on my quad and needed a special spark plug removal tool. Located in the Lawn and Garden section. Comes ready to change 4 sizes. Thank you for having the knowledge to stock such a special tool.

This store is the best. Personal and competent service. Always friendly service and the cashier, Joyce, has me so well trained with my Ace card I even have it when I travel. So much better here than Home Depot or Lowe'so. Fantastic selection of fasteners and plumbing and brass parts and "o" rings.

They couldn't have been more helpful with a somewhat strange request... I found that IKEA lampshades do not fit standard lamps as they are slightly larger than US lampshades. I needed a washer to accommodate the larger-sized opening. They helped me find a washer that would hold the shade up. It's the perfect fit and works like a charm. It actually looks pretty cool. Very pleased!

5 Star customer service. I worked with Jay who was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to me describe the plumbing problem I was having and spent time gathering the parts I would need. Jay went above and beyond by giving me expert instruction to repair the problem. I had been working on the repair already for 6 hours that day. I wish I had started the day at Ace. After my visit to Ace, and Jay's help, I was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Because of the outstanding customer service Ace has earned my business.

Excellent customer service! The lady took apart my car remote, cleaned it, checked the battery and sold me a new battery, all for only $5.00! Contrast with Batteries Plus that: (1) didn't have the battery in stock, and (2) wanted to charge me $45 when they DID have it in stock!! Thank you Ace Lady! (I didn't get her name)

I sometimes forget about Ace Hardware with the big box stores in the area, but I am just delighted every time I come to this location. Very helpful, friendly, and much easier to find things when I just need one or two parts. They have just about everything that I need to finish a project. Great, clean store!
