Macy's

Hey everyone!
I just had to share my recent Macy's experience because it was seriously amazing! So, my friend and I popped into Macy's on February 11, 2024, to get her some cruise outfits for her trip to Mexico.
And let me tell you, we got way more than we bargained for!
As we were chatting about what she needed for the cruise, this super friendly lady named Kristin, who turned out to be a Macy's stylist, jumped in and offered to help us out. It was such a pleasant surprise! Kristin was so down-to-earth and just dove right into helping my friend figure out her style and what she needed. And let me tell you, my friend and I have a pretty big age gap - 37 years! So, without Kristin’s help, I would've been totally lost.
Before we knew it, our fitting room was overflowing with options for everything from poolside lounging to fancy dinners onboard. Kristin was a total gem -so patient and helpful the whole time. She had us cruise-read in no time!
And get this -she didn't stop at just clothes. Kristin even helped us pick out the perfect fragrance and some stunning costume jewelry to complete the looks.
I had no idea Macy's had stylists like Kristen, but now that I do, I'm definitely going to be asking for her by name every time I shop there.
So if you're ever at Macy's and need a hand finding the perfect outfit, just ask for Kristin. She's seriously the best!

Customer service here is excellent. I was a bit lost and asked for directions and the lady at the register was super helpful. Great selection of clothes, jewelry and other stuff. I also saw someone else helping a customer who was looking for a job here and explaining it pretty well. It's not often you see helpful employees in a retail store.

Cindy works in customer service was very polite and helpful. She was also understanding of the issue and resolved it within minutes.

Kay in Cosmetics Clinique, Kay’s customer service was extremely excellent. I was a bit lost on finding the perfect gift. Going in and out of different stores. Once I was in Macys still searching Kay stepped up to assist me find what I was looking for. Very professional and explained the difference in perfume scents at her section. It's not often you see helpful employees in a retail store unless they love what they do. Enjoy our short time conversation. I appreciate your assistance Kay thank you!

So I haven't been in Macy's in a while. Shelly needed a few things to go on her trip to Nashville. We got all that she needed there at terrific prices and their sales section. And I discovered that there was a Toys r Us store upstairs. I bought a stuffed Jeffrey ,and a few of the things for the kids. Even some things to put away for Christmas. Their sales are amazing.

It's nice to be able to still go into the mall and be able to actually shop. Macy's has tons of merchandise in all different departments. I recommend.

I recently visited the watch shop at this Macys, and I must say that the service provided by Anissah was outstanding. She was incredibly patient and took the time to show us a variety of watches.

Outstanding inventory. Friendly help while shopping and checking out. Always a good experience. Significant discounts if you use the MACY'S CREDIT CARD.

Rolando is the best. She helped us with our large purchase. Showed us what Macy's customer service should be. 5 stars 🌟

Love my Star Passes from Macy's. If you need fine jewelry, Steve's your man. I finally broke down and bought 2 long sleeve men's Oxford button down shirts. I've been coveting them for years!

Yodit was absolutely amazing. Great customer service, very informative and very helpful. I recommend anyone going to the jewelry department to ask for her.

I have a special affection for Macy's, especially because of the discounts in the backstage area and the uplifting attitudes of the staff that completely transform the atmosphere.

The store itself is so organized and clean. The employees are always willing to help and make me feel welcome

Macy's still has the feel of a real store. It was great to visit and find a great selection of items that were of higher quality. I even found a sunglass hut in the location. Very impressed

Very nice and entertaining set up. The 2 year old was ok peeking at the Bunny, but didn't want to sit for a photo. Pleasant staff and well supplied waiting area with crayons and pages to color and hang.

I travel a lot and this is one of the nicest Macy’s I’ve been in lately.

This is my store to shop for clearance women shoes and discounted clothing for my preteen girls. They got good quality clothing and I just love them Tommy dresses for the women. Go there you’ll find deals there!

Competitive prices during sale events and very convenient for picking up and returning online orders. Be sure to check the store prices against the online prices before purchasing.

Bought some jewelry great price with sales. They were busy so they called manager to come help. Great experience..
I'm done with Kay jewelry. They charge so much for adjustments. Macy's is my new place to treat me wife
