The Home Depot

This home depot is a nice and clean one. Every time I go, it's not too busy. I like it since when I walk around, at least 2 to 3 staff members will try to help me find what I am looking for. Today, I went for a water heater and the team member helped me out right away. He came in with a cart and I was in and out. The cashier is nice and she went over the warranty with me. I ended up getting a 6 year warranty for the gas heater. Good service and friendly staffs. Well stocked with everything I needed. I was surprised that they even have an auto section and gift cards. Very clean restrooms.

Mike, one of the managers and Maurice were so nice and helpful. I couldn’t find the right size screws for my project I brought in and they are so knowledgable, they found the right screws and even screwed them in my project. I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot on Alma school and Chandler Boulevard for many years and everyone has been so great in the store.

The manager Maurie and customer service Liz was really helpful. They helped me with the credit card discount. This is the second time I have issued with discount offer. The first $25 was never happened. I am glad this time worked because of the help from Maurie and Liz

Pan the supervisor & his crew (mashun i remember his name) out on the christmas tree lot were super friendly & helpful towards me & my sister. their friendliness made it feel as if i had already knew them. 5 stars to them.

Cathy was so helpful and got the job done with helping me with my pick up order! She took the time to find me a cart and help lug heavy plastic sheeting into my cart and offered to help me move it into my car! Such a hardworking, sweet and helpful lady!

As a Pro member is am very disappointed from Home Depot service
It’s Horrible slow service.
I’ve been waiting on the curbside pick up for one 50 dollars item for over for over 45 minutes. Now that they got here with the item they brought a damage box item

The number they provide to call is regular customer service so expect to have fun with the automated voicemail for a very long time until they pick up.

Everybody in the store is knowledgeable of us that they sell and I go there because of all the man candy

This is my SECOND 5 star review for this Home Depot location! The flooring I ordered did not arrive on time and I was in a time crunch for my floor installation project. I called the store. First I spoke with Peter who went above and beyond to be patient and helpful. I ended up working with Amy, the store manager. She met me when I arrived at the store and helped me hunt down a replacement flooring, it was a few cents more per square foot, but she waived the fee. When we were short a few boxes, she contacted another store to bring them to my house. She and her team worked together at lightning speed to load the floors into my truck and send me on my way. Even the forklift driver was kind, courteous, and professional.
If you have a project to get done, I highly recommend this particular store. I haven't had much experience at other Home Depot locations, but this one has TOP NOTCH customer service time and time again.

I use a few Home Depot’s in the area and while they’re all good, I’ve always considered the Chandler store the better option. The demeanor of the staff there just seems to be a notch above the rest and the condition of the shopping area is always organized, clean and safely accessible. Having been a manager most of my life, I can tell that there is a culture of attention to detail in this business unit and the staff has bought in.

Home Depot seems to be our go to place for home maintenance. I purchased Simonton Windows from,1155 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85224, full installation. 8 windows great build and warranty, reasonable price.

I went in and I needed a very specific paint. Larry the gentleman working at the paint counter really knows his stuff! He was friendly professional and extremely helpful. Very patient with me being very indecisive! This five star rating is because of Larry! I was able to get exactly what I wanted and my experience was nowhere near as difficult as I thought it was going to be thanks to him! I highly suggest going to this location if you have any painting needs whatsoever!

Victoria and Isabella We’re s great help with my return. They went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed. Honestly their whole staff is wonderful and out going.

This location is very clean and wasn't too busy on a weekday evening. Everyone working there was friendly and willing to help. I needed some paint sample help, and one of the employees- even though he was busy restocking shelves- he came down from his ladder to help and went above and beyond. He helped me with color selection and really showed that he cared, and also shared some tips about the paints, etc.
Checkout was quick and friendly too.
