AT&T Store

I decided to upgrade my plan with att and Mr. Daniel helped me immensely to do so. Daniel went out of his way making sure I've got everything I wanted. His supervisor customer service skill and knowledge is amazing. Thank you Daniel.

daniel the store manager got us set up with the new AT&T fiber internet and its been the best decision we have ever made. the customer service was amazing and he was very informative. If you guys go into this store i suggest you speak with daniel, he knows his stuff and helped me and my wife out a lot.

I went into the store today to purchase a Samsung Galaxy watch4 to take advantage of their 50% off sale! Walking into the store it seemed to be a little too occupied but that wasn't an issue for Jared and Deziree! They were very attentive to multiple customers at once and still gave us each excellent service! If I ever need great customer service I'll be sure to return!

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to review about a phone store but the manager Ralph went above and beyond to help me with my iPhone situation. Got me taken care of with a new phone right way! He was very helpful when customer support was not.

Highly recommend this place. I was having problem with my new Samsung phone after porting a number to AT&T. A young Asian employee was able to help me to fix it in 15 minutes. Very happy with the service

Was there just to check out the new phones. I was so pleased by the rep that helped me and his supervisor, I figured I wouldn't get another chance to feel this good about my experience. So I went ahead and purchased the new phone. They got me into the phone I desired, and a plan I really like. Thank you AT&T team!!!

Overall it was a simple and painless transition switching to AT&T. I forgot the reps name but the staff is really cool for talking with me for a while until i was comfortable choosing which package I wanted. Awsome work guys !

I have had issues with my phone for over a month due to the AT&T 3G shutdown - 3G phone/3g SIM/No Mobile data/no voice or text...off & on with many trips back and fore to a few AT&T stores. Due to my account being an "enterprise" account (my work contracted account), some of the other stores can't do much, while my company helpdesk gave me the runaround...Today, problem solved...Van, Phong & Lyanna did it - I don't know what they did, but it took 20mins calling the business people. got something updated...and voila!

Great manager, very helpful employees. Came in for the BOGO to upgrade my line and add a new line in order to receive a free phone. Just took minutes and had to wait for my phone to restore. The employee that helped me out really took the time to explain with details all information regarding my current plan and we compared it to an unlimited plan. Walked out with a free phone and new monthly savings!

I have been to AT&T store today to port my current number since customer service on phone couldn’t help and I should say i have ended up with safe hands (Mr. Pavan M). Pavan helped me in fixing my problem by extending his shift and I really what to appreciate the ownership that he has taken to complete the process seamlessly! Thanks Pavan.

Shout out to Adrian for delivering exceptional customer service and helping me transition from a Google Pixel to an iPhone. I also had a hard time trying to transfer my information over from my previous phone to my new one, but Adrian was patient and made sure everything worked out! Thank you again!

Always a great experience coming into the store. Always greeted, and helped. Even though the store may be busy sometimes, the employees still acknowledge you and will help as soon as possible. All employees were knowledgeable and professional. Will continue to come to this store for anything AT&T related.
