September 2023: The owner is extremely nice. Love their Puerto Rican selection! So glad I have found this place. And for everything that is imported the prices are not bad at all.

First time visiting this store and the options were great. Small quaint mom and pop like market. The owner was very helpful explaining the different types of tropical fruit for what I needed. He even directed me to a few of his regular customers from other countries who explained ways I could make certain dishes and the health benefits of from them.
Needless to say, I will be returning soon.

I love the selection of things from Puerto Rico, as I can savor the flavors of my island. Very attentive service!

Friendly store owner, Great products from various caribbean countries. I bought a huge avocado for $3 when at Michoacana are for 2x$4 and a quarter of the size. the coconut was fresh and tasty.

I am so excited about this place. I can hardly contain myself. So I am visiting Houston and needed to find a place that has authentic Jamaican grocery and I found it. The owner was amazing. I bought yellow yam, Ackee, cod fish, plantain’s, ginger beer, seasoning, buns, big can of cheese and Jamaican fruit cake. They have anything and everything you need. I will be back to support and will even call to have her ship stuff to me in South Jersey.

This is a very well stocked store. It has a lot of my hard to find Caribbean products, to make authentic island dishes.

You have to visit and try some of the rare and hard to find products. They even have pepper shrimp.

Aldine and Staff are truly a blessing being thousands of miles from home. Keep on getting bigger, and bigger. We support you'll 100% !!!

This store has everything you need to feel at home in Jamaica!! I love it here & so happy I found them. Well stocked. Clean & organized. It Have all the Jamaican items you want in Houston but can never find! Customer service is excellent!! Very kind & friendly! Please support this small business you won’t be disappointed. I live far about 1hr 40mins away but I will drive it every other weekend to stock up on goods because it is worth it !!

I received my order in a timely manner with proper packaging. Was also able to chat with via messenger which was very helpful in answering my questions. I'm so happy that a friend recommended you to me. I will definitely be shopping here all the time. Prices are very affordable. Great that I can get groceries that I grew up on in Grenada. Great West Indian grocery close to home. It had everything I needed, and some I hadn't seen in years. And the owner or employee was very nice, so welcoming and friendly. I will be making a visit once a week. Oh I miss my spices from home.

This store has Caribbean, Dominican, PR, West Indian, African products and more. I was thrilled to see the variety. They have yam, salt fish, salt beef, ackee, Higueral Salami, and all the hard to find items we are always searching for. Friendly service is a cherry on top. I drive miles to get to this store and it is totally worth it!

I love that it's family owned. They give great service by always letting you know when new supplies will be available. Very friendly, very nice. I will always go there for my Caribbean goods.

The staff is always so friendly. The owner of the store is super nice. They always have what I want, and if you cannot find what you are looking for you just tell them and the next time you come in they will have it. Great customer service!!!!!.

The store isn't real large, but they'll get whatever you want if you ask. Interesting stuff and the gentleman who runs it is awesome. He'll give you suggestions and ideas if you want them and introduce you to all sorts of new things you've never heard of.

Greeted kindly by two women who actually had what i needed to burn a pot of curry in a state im visiting for my first time and was unsure i would find my shaddow bennie . I definitely suggest this shop as a place to begin looking for your west indian cooking needs.

I was so happy when I saw they carry salami Enduveca!!! And Queso de freir. I’m from NY and haven’t been able to find it anywhere else in Texas!

I am super excited that we were able to see the things I would buy in my country.
