Great black friday deals on Kids shoes! Clean and organized. In store pick up is super convenient.

I purchased sers of Corelle. They are lovely. Not one broken piece. JC Penny packed them well.

Lots of clothing, jewelry, and, of course, access to the rest of the 'Eastridge Mall,' for what it doesn't have. In fact, right next door, is the Red Robin's Restaurant. Great for throwing parties - lots of rooms. Has a very vivacious ambience. If you walk out of Penny's - on the south side, you can easily see the 'Olive Garden Restaurant.'. It's just a stone's throw away.
And, once you've done your shopping, you will have access to the inside of the mall. You won't have to go out in the rain. As you go into the Mall, off to the left is a store called 'Wow!'. It's a general store - not real comprehensive, but, great products, at unbelievably low prices. Clothes, shoes, appliances, blankets, etc.
And, if you found the perfect gift you want
to give to someone, just grab the esculater, down to the first floor; turn around 180 degrees, and walk to the Post Office, to mail off your gift, at that very instant.
In my opinion, The Eastridge Mall is the
nicest, most comfortable, architecturealy built Mall in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Mall, is located inside the 'Eastridge
Loop,' enclosed within the streets, of Quimby and
and, Capital. Hours, are about, 8:30 am. to 8 pm.
Mon. to Thursday. Friday & Sat. - 8:30 to 9:00 pm. And Sun. Opens later and, closes earlier.
The Mall, has a lot to offer. So go out
and enjoy!!!

They have a large variety of sales. I was able to find something for christmas for my daughter very happy

JCPenney is a great place to shop. The store has enough space to shop around. Great remodeling. The associates are nice and decent. This store is one of favorite. You can ask the associates all the time, they are so helpful. I would give them 5 start for their services.

Return experience was positive and the store was well stocked.

They revamped their styles and the merchandise its actually really nice and good prices too, not in everything of course but it did surprise me.

I have shopped at JCPenney for many year's now. The store is so nice and clean, peaceful and quiet. Only issue for me is, you cannot seem to find any help. What I do like most is you don't have sales associate's in your face always trying to sell you something. I can always shop in peace. I enjoy going there because it's easy to find what you're looking for however, whenever I do go there to look for a fluted pound cake pan they don't have any. Bummer otherwise, I enjoy the experience going there even if it is to just browse.

Parking was a breeze. There were enough staff to get assistance in the Men's department, get directions to the restroom (clean and supplied) and pay for our goods without a long line. YAY!

Puri in the shoe department helped my wife and I get the right shoes for running. Very professional very sweet heart. I rate her 10 out of 10. She also helped me apply for a credit card and I was approved Puri is very Awesome!

JC Penney is one of the few places I can buy clothes for my big and tall husband with out spending a fortune! There is always a choice. I have to travel 30 miles to buy clothes for him...

I love JCPenney's. I've been going here for as long as I can remember. Very courteous customer service and my favorite thing is ordering online and picking up my order shipping free, at the Eastridge store.
Update 4/4/2023: my attitude towards JCPenney's cooled when, during the covid shutdown, they refused to support their workers in Asia in any way, which caused, I'm sure, much harshness in their lives.

Do yourself and everyone you care about a favor and shop at this store. Not only do they have great styles for literally every single kind of person, but it's all at affordable prices. Forget all those other "trendy" stores. There's a reason this company has been around so long... It's really worth shopping at.

I luv the quality of the children's clothing. I always buy my Grandchildren their school clothes here. Thuy Do, the JCP employee was very helpful.

I only go to J C Penny to visit my sister Christine at the hair salon upstairs for the occasional hair-do and I'll be honest she does an awesome job.

Me and my family always visit this store to buy kids cloth , men & women clothes , bed sheets , shoes . Price very good, offers , coupons deals , discount , good staff and service, big shopping place , beautiful location, no parking problem, in store and online options available. Everyone must come to visit this place to buy nice and cheap stuff . I recommend this store . Thank you
