At the Firestone store great customer service and very clean. They honor everything they say and advertise. Delivery was great as well, very courteous, respectful, and set up was fast. They cleaned their trash up and left all with in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this store, we will be in to make more purchases. Sorry for the picture, I covered family photos.

Love American Furniture Warehouse. Everything I have purchased from there has lasted 20+ years. Their staff are laid back and helpful. Their delivery team was outstanding and on time which we appreciate. The new bedroom set we purchased is sturdy and absolutely stunning! We will continue buying all of our furniture from them!

Had been looking for new furniture online for a while as I thought that's where I would get the best deal, came into the store to get ideas and found a set that was perfect and better priced than anything online, Bill was super helpful and got us taken care of, delivery was on point and now we have a great new living room set!

My entire experience from the purchase to the delivery was A+!!! First when you go into the showroom the salespeople DO NOT pressure you at all. Everyone I encountered asked if I needed help and if I do ask any one of us. They did not hover over you. You are free to look at your own pace without the sales trying to upsell or sell a piece you don’t need.

The delivery was just as great!!!! I received a text the day prior to let me know of my delivery window. I then received a call that morning letting me know they were on their way and updated their ETA. The delivery was VERY POLITE and professional. They asked where I wanted my furniture and placed everything. Hauled off all the trash and was done within an hour.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will be using American Furniture for all my home furnishing needs. THANK YOU!!!!

The experience at the store was amazing. They are super helpful. The delivery team were super fast, polite and brought my new couch in perfect condition and help you set it up and gave me a fun tip about my couch.

At the store Daphne was great & vert patient. She went over all the purchase details excellently.
The delivery crew was fantastic. They were perfect, polite, and respectful. They called me a couple of times to let me know their ETA.
The warehouse person that loaded the recliner did not test to make sure it worked properly. The chair did not work due to frayed & exposed wires to the controls. Now I have to wait another two days for a new chair. Hopefully this one works and the chair itself is in great looking condition
as the first. Because of this inconvenience, customer service refunded my delivery charge.
Update 2\15\2024: The second chair was just delivered and in perfect working condition. One of the delivery guys put felt on the bottom of the chair so that it doesn’t scratch the floor when moving the chair.
The delivery team kept me updated on the delivery time. They were friendly and courteous. Am very happy with my new power recliner and other furniture.

Had a great buying experience. Even had to have a re delivery due to my mistake and they handled that really well for me. We love our new couch :)

I had a hard time placing my online order and customer service got me over to Ricardo at the Firestone AFW store and he was great and very helpful. Was able to get my order placed and delivery set up seamlessly. 10/10 recommend.

Fonzie is a fantastic sales person. We bought a lot of furniture from him and will continue to do so. We had a bunch of furniture delivered out of state and the delivery drivers were phenomenal. They were the absolute best. Highly recommend.

Clean environment , friendly people who are helpful. We bought a couch, recliner, bunk bed and 2 mattresses here. The only truck they had available to rent was actually a van and they charge by the hour (which is a great deal). The manager said since we couldn’t fit everything in one go they wouldn’t charge us for a second hour to pick up the remainder of our items. Super generous of them.

Really impressed with the sales people here. Friendly, helpful, not pushy. Delivery was awesome! They communicate effectively and every step of the way! Delivery staff was cheery (Santa hats! 🎅) helpful, and cautious. Love American furniture warehouse!

Good quality furniture for the price paid.. I had purchased 10-12pcs in last 2 yrs, and paid according to the quality needed for different projects. Delivery crew were professional and careful during installation.

Oscar at firestone gave all info correctly. Was very helpful with delivery choices and costs and explanations. Courteous and professional.

Delivery info was sent by email and text and a call was made 20 minutes away. They were in and out in less than 3 minutes. Again, Courteous and professional with service and explanation.
