Super helpful staff. Kei? Answered every question I had about an expensive product I was contemplating buying. Even when I said I wasn't going to purchase anything that day he kept his attitude and was very kind . I ended up buying the product in stock from the forest hill location!

Amazing staff, awesome shop, always find what I need plus more….to the point it’s hard to leave because I want it all. They have some of the more unique products in here that not even some of the other shops have. Highly recommend you stop to check it out if you’re in the area.

When I called up there to ask a question, they were not only knowledgeable, but also very polite. When I went up to the store, they had it waiting for me & the price was very reasonable compared to other places. Even though I have 2 other stores closer to me, I will make the 25 minute trip, for this location.

You can go all over town trying to find a decent honest vape/tobacco accessories store or you can go to Carytown Tobacco, it’s up to you whether you want to waste your time with the others but I guarantee this place won’t disappoint.

Great shop,good inventory, got a good deal on batteries and the clerk was super nice. Too bad the days of the American mall are dying. This is a solid store, thanks to the staff.
