5 stars for Margie who works self checkout! I've been shopping here for a few years now and she's always helpful, friendly, and with a smile on her face. This Krogers National Treasure for SURE. She deserves a raise! With little kids shopping can sometimes feel like a chore, but she always puts a smile on my face!

We go there for grocery after every 3 days, their products quality is very good as compare to Walmart, although Walmart rates are cheap but quality is also very cheap but if you want to buy qualitative products you should visit Kroger, I love to buy clothes from there, and quality of clothes is also very good but sometimes they are very very expensive.

Mr James that works in the Deli is absolutely awesome! He is always on point and has a delightful attitude, he has helped me many times and is such a polite employee, I live across from the Kroger on Three Chopt and I have been coming there for the last 11 years

I love this Kroger! It's so spacious, bright, and airy.

Our experience with Kroger over the many years we have shopped its aisles has been overwhelmingly positive. We are in this store or another several days a week to take advantage of fresh deals and great produce. Customer service is always superb.

I shop here very regular and I would like to recognize the cashier, Jovannah! She is a great employee with excellent customer service skills, multi-tasker, fast, personable, and very sweet. She makes my experience here much more pleasant. Thank you Jo!!!

Excellent customer service! I somehow had items in my cart that never made it onto my pickup order. They had the missing items ready for me and I picked them up in minutes. Very pleasant experience!

I don't live near a Kroger but I had to run in before work to get a couple of things and every single employee that I came across was friendly. I had conversations with a few which made me a little late for work but it was worth it to meet such nice people so early in the morning and the deals weren't bad either! Made me wish there was a Kroger closer to my residence.

Ghetto store( Not sure what you mean)? Not sure where you have shopped in the past but this is not a bad store. I have shopped here since it opened. I have not seen any significant turnover in staff other than cashiers and bagboys. Many of the staff know my family and have watched my daughter grow up. Many of the complaints are not specific to this store but we're just the natue of retail. As for long line just ask the assistant staring up front for a recommendation on the faster lines or they may open a line to help you. If you don't like a good clean store with great employees shop at he of the other "quality" store in the area.

this Kroger and I are BFFs. Milk is inexpensive and I drink a lot of milk. Also, they have little baskets, little carts, and a self checkout you can mute. The plastic bags are easy to get open. They recycle.

Maria Greenberg was my cashier. SHE was very good, the best I've ever seen. Very in control and an asset to Kroger. My compliments to Kroger.

This Kroger location is always extremely clean and well lit! Shelves are always stocked to capacity, and everything is usually easy to find!!

There was a specific employee there by the name of Anis I think he should be promoted. He was welcoming, treating people with respect and actually WORKING.

Love this Kroger. I can be in and out in 10 minutes because it's not humongous. Prices are good/competitive and I've always found customer service to be excellent.

I absolutely love the employees at this store especially the pharmacy staff. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and call me by name. Feels like family.

This location is smaller than most but is well stocked
