Walmart Supercenter

Lots of self checkouts open. Associates help you find things quickly (maybe too quick I almost had to speed up to a jog to keep up with him leading me to the vitamins)😭. Anyway they have what you need, no one really bothers you for your receipt and while walking out an associate took care of my cart for me. Overall better experience than I expected and would recommend.

Way smaller than other Supercenters in the area but it works. It's always clean and quiet when I visit. Friendly employees. The home/pharmacy section is well stocked. There's always someone around to assist if needed. The self-checkout area is designed a bit different but I actually like it. Pretty decent location.

I went in to get some items now I can't even remember what I went and got. But I like going to Walmart because I can shop the clearance deals and then their prices aren't too high so. I don't know about the customer service anymore because they only have all the self-checkouts available. It's hard to even get a regular cashier. My heart is disappointed about that but you know it is what it is

I always have a good experience it's pretty much self-serve now selfcheckout is the wave of the future and out usually no lines which I love

This is the only diverse store in the entire Richmond. I wish to shop every day. Is a bit too far from us. Richmond grocery stores and restaurants are either black or white. This store get Indian, Latinos, Africans, Europeans, Asians, Black and White. is not too close to us but willing to drive just to feel outside the box. Is beautiful when you can experience and see people from all walks of life and different backgrounds. If you are around the area. I recommend you go there just for the experience.

My bf and I spent 2 hours twiddling around and browsing through the Halloween items. Lots of great items available. The store was well stocked and bathrooms were clean

Excellent customer service and even though it was busy a good friend helped me find an open express check out register in a very short waiting time! We got in and out with our purchases in record speedy ways!! I was very impressed with just about everything we needed to do before going home!

The store was very neat and clean. It was easy to find what I wanted.

Besides a wide choice of home office, groceries etc al, it is a great place to recycle soft plastics!!

Busy as Always! There was a gentleman in the store asking customers for money! Renee the manager, was on it quickly!! Haywood is ALWAYS there to greet me with a smile and take my cart! Love the service here

The employees are very nice . They work so hard stocking the shelves Etc . I hope they are provided affordable healthcare and salary Also the pharmacy staff are kind and non judgmental about prescriptions I get . Sincerely Patty

Go there all the time early morning mostly

Busy. A lot of things missing on shelves but I understand. Wish some of the customers would understand the route of going up and down the aisles. It's all wishful thinking on my part, just like wishing some of the customers would wear a mask when the store has a big ole' sign re mask wearing before you enter. I usually do curbside pickup so I can avoid all this mess, but today I had to venture out. Thankfully, I was in and out!

Jennifer brought my two items for curbside pickup with a smile. Oh, and it was lightly raining. She was very friendly and efficient. She's a beautiful smile and great personality.

This is my pharmacy store! Best folks ever! Update: They still rock! Chad and his team are the best pharmacy folks in the business! I travel from downtown just because I refuse to change my pharmacy!!!
