AT&T Store

The Manager John at this location was very helpful with helping me get a new phone. Was very patient, helped me get $600 off my razor phone and was very quick.

Amazing service and assistance from the team at the Hillsdale Avenue AT&T store. They clearly discussed options, provided great suggestions, and made our upgrade to an iPhone 15 super smooth. We'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade our other iPhone.

Jasper is an amazing worker! We came to get some information about how to sync or Apple watches and OMG! he went far and beyond helping us, and actually resolving the problem. It's very hard to find this customer service these days, so I hope Management in this store pay attention and recognize the value of it, keeping this kind of good employees like Jasper happy and well paid.

He saved me $59 a month on my business account with better plan, got me half off a ipad i didn’t know about, new phone, Fiber wifi (FINALLY get to cancel comcast) i didn’t know it was available in my area it wasn’t a year ago! $600 for signing up holiday promotions are very good with att. zach was also helpful when the manager was helping 3 others customers at once! they are good at what they do and need more help at this location!

Kyle was incredibly helpful. My teenage son locked up his phone. He was distraught that he couldn’t turn it on. We tried to fix it at home for 30 minutes.
Kyle fixed it in just a few minutes and then helped me get a new screen cover. I was in and out like a snap.

I was delivered a cable box with no paperwork, I called At&t and they said just return it to either UPS or the AT&T store by you. UPS wouldn’t except it But Jasper at the store on Hillsdale took it to UPS himself to return it. I couldn’t believe that he would do that on his own time
