ACE Hardware

I live a block away. This place is HUGE, it is more like a hardware department store. I don't know how the staff knows were every little thing is. They must give classes or something. Great service. Happy staff. And everything I can imagine a hardware story can offer. Even fishing stuff and beach things. Great paint department. Going there now.

This Ace hardware store is great. A lot more room to move around and check out what you need. The parking here is fantastic. You're not competing with Safeway UPS Wingstop etc. Everybody is super friendly and willing to attend to your needs if you need their help. So if you're looking for anything hardware this would be your best place to go.

These guys were so helpful, I was replacing the screening on my screen, and I had stripped one of the screws. I tried everything and just made it worse. I brought it here, and they fixed it up for me in no time. Very friendly.

Ace is the place. My goto place when in need of unique hardware. Grade 8 bolts, chrome bolts / nuts. Better than an auto parts store. Also purchased the grill gazebo as well. Friendly and quick service.

Employee at the Ace Hardware is incredibly helpful specifically Joey. Long story short. My van window motor cable broke and couldn’t roll back up. Joey helped me cut two pieces of wood and duct tapes to temporarily hold the window up. Who does that now? Joey was really my guardian angel.

Wonderful new location. Much prefer it to the Walgreens that was here before they purchased the building and lot. Very professional and polite staff, well organized and a great selection of items in an easy to find layout to choose from

Knowledgeable staff with friendly customer service. Also their selection is huge with products for everyone. They sell just about everything relating to hardware but also sell drinks and snacks. It's been really nice having this Ace Hardware nearby.

Well stocked. Staff extremely helpful. Purchased a Stihl Weed Wacker. Staff helped register the purchase online, started it up prior to leaving and helped put it in my car. Can't ask for more.

This is now my favorite hardware store in Santa Cruz. The employees is so very helpful. Joe is definitely an asset to your company.
