Eric at Verizon did an amazing job helping get my daughters new phone set up and transferred when the old phone was cracked really bad! He was very kind and patient!

Agent was very nice and helpful. I got the phone I wanted and all my data transferred easily. Had been putting it off as I thought it would be difficult but he made it pleasant and easy.

As I was making my decision I NEVER felt rushed or pressured. Tom did a magnificent job of slowly introducing me to the pros and cons of a new phone. I particularly liked that it was financially advantageous at this time and that Tom looked for every discount he could for me.

Eden Keith was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable, without being "high pressure." In the past, some sales reps have treated me like a dim-witted grandmother. Not so with Eden at all. He was great to work with. Thank you, Eden.

My favorite one stop shop for phones. Mikey and Brian have been my go to guys for awhile now with my account. They've been very helpful and always greet me along with other customers when they walk in the store. All associates here are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate their help and always enjoy doing business here.

Two of the guys who work there helped me. They were definitely super helpful on everything I needed answered and gave me all the details I needed about the devices a purchased. Recommend 10/10 to go to their location here at Fairlawn. Wished I asked for the guys names who helped me out but was honestly in a rush. Shoutout to those two wonderful guys! Very sweet, patient, and helpful.

The staff at our local store was amazing, patient, and listened to my feedback. They answered all of my questions and were very patient while I reviewed the phones and decided what worked best for my needs. David was extremely helpful and I will go back with any needs in the future.

We talked with Michael Speed on Friday afternoon , discussed what we needed and made an appointment for Saturday morning. Michael, had the new phone ready when we arrived, transferred everything from the old phone, while giving us an overview of the new phone. He was great to work with, listens and explains any concerns you may have. It was a great experience.

Great experience! Brian in the Fairlawn, VA store was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the purchase of 2 devices. He also helped resolve an issue I was having with the Verizon app. While he was assisting me, he was also called away by another employee several times for assistance with another customer. He apologized for the interruption in helping me, but remained calm and professional (despite the other customer seeming very “needy”). And…even after the purchase of two new, updated devices, he was able to significantly reduce my monthly bill. I really appreciated his efforts, and will ask for him by name for future needs.

I had to wait for a little bit. Everyone was busy. There were only 3 men working that night. I didn't mind waiting. I was wanting to do something that couldn't be done with my phone. I sent Adrienne Keith a message today about an issue I was having and she explained in detail on what I needed to do. I followed her instructions and now I have my phone line transferred into my name and account. I was on a family member's account and I had no idea how to switch it over. But with her assistance she made it easy. I give her a 5 star rating on customer service. If I have any other questions she will be the one I contact and I will only refer future customers to her.
