The guys and girls are very helpful and kind. They took their time figuring out my needs and going through a list of options that I might want. They helped me get verified as a vet so I could get the military discount on my monthly bill. Also the store is very open and clean. Pressure free and relaxed feel. Stop in and check these guys out.

My wife and I live and work outside the USA, and when we visit we need temporary phone service.
We walked into this T-Mobile shop and were greeted by Josie who patiently listened to us to understand our needs. She then proposed a plan that perfectly fit our situation, set up both of our phones, and tested them to make sure all was in order before we left. She even went out of her way to see if there was a discount available (there was!)
I have nothing but the highest praise for Josie and the Warrington T-Mobile shop.

My experience this afternoon was excellent. the store manager Jordan was very helpful and got me in and out with a smile on my face while training someone while the store busy

My 74 year old mom was having problems with her old tablet not working. I called twice in advance to ask a few Qs, Brandon helped & was great over the phone. Brought my mom, her with her nonworking tablet sans passwords to the store last Friday night to try to solve her problems. Anthony Molina went above and beyond to be helpful. He was patient with her and the situation, explaining options and respected her wishes. He spent a considerable amount of time assisting us while juggling other reps with their customers. I am happy to write positive reviews when warranted & this location, Anthony & their friendly employees deserve my time and review! Great customer service!

I hate cell phone stores. Normally it's a rotating door of employees that aren't helpful. Not at this store. Brandon and the manager handled a very rude and uncomfortable "client" while I was in the store with my 11 year old. He was cursing and just extremely off-putting. Brandon spoke up and noticed that my 11 year old wasn't comfortable and put a stop to it. The person was offended by his correction and left. The manager did everything to try to keep a cool head despite the persons unwelcomed behavior. The person left and they apologized for his behavior. Brandon explained to me my bill, looked into the best plan and was very thorough. There couldn't have been a better experience, but that rude person showing up. The other employee was very diligent with helping his customers as well and it showed. I'd definitely go back to that store with that kind of service again. Thank you to Brandon and Anthony for doing the right thing, I'm sorry that I don't know the other employees name, but he was working hard to solve his client's problem and should be mentioned as well. it's really the little things that we appreciate as client's/customers.

Went to the Valley Square store yesterday to replaced my Mother's lost iPhone. Brandon was able to help me with the process - he was quick and efficient, thoroughly explaining everything while loading the SIM card and helping to reprogram the phone. Was also cool to see him and the other associates working well together to help everyone there.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience - perfect blend of technical competence and pleasant personality - Brandon is The Man!

Andrew is very knowledgeable with everything with phones and support systems. He made the whole set up and explained new features with the iPhone. We left the store with feeling like we could use the phones more efficiently.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had. Transferring my son's phone data (and even activating the new device) was made extremely complicated because of the Parnetal Controls via Family Link. Artese and Jon were so patient and found a way to work it out and got everything transferred. It was so frustrating to have to figure out the right combination to get everything done and they worked on it until they got it to happen. And they were so kind and never seemed irritated. Thanks to both of those guys!!!

I met Andrew today in T Mobile and he couldn’t have been kinder. He answered all my issues and he needs to be compensated for work ethic. Susan Brauer, loyal customer!

Brandon was an amazing and very helpful with the process of transfering phones from verizon to Tmobile, assisting with getting a new plan set up and upgrading a current plan. He was multi tasking with other customers, but gave us fully attention and was very professional and personnable. He went well above and beyound. He even stayed after store hours to make sure we were satisfied and had everything right. He makes Tmobile a great company.

This Tmobile store is your "One stop shop". I visited this store yesterday after being on the phone with customer service for many hours. Seth knew how to help me without wasting my time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and honest.

Had an excellent experience with staff. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan knew all the answers and didn't have to constantly ask someone else like you experience in some stores. He made it painless to switch over to t-mobile and get new devices!

Ordered a couple apple watches online. Customer service department put the wrong digits plan on my Apple watches. Apparently there was a chance to the naming convention or something. Regardless, after spending 4 hours with customer support I went to the store to see if they can help. The two reps at the store spent an hour making sure my issue was corrected. Saved me additional time I would have had to spend with customer service online. Thank you!!

Went to T-Mobile in Warrington (Valley Square) with my wife to get her a new phone. A young woman named Josie helped us. She went "above and beyond" in her customer service. My wife picked a phone that was not in stock at this location. She called several other store in the area to see if they had one in stock. We wound-up placing an order to have the phone shipped to our home.

I have the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE! They were patient and understanding. Helped me choose the best plan and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The energy there was amazing. I would suggest everyone go to them.

They were friendly and patient with me trying to pick a phone and trying to find my Id among other times, Ryan was great answering my questions and if he didn’t know he asked his coworkers. Even thought this T-Mobile is out of my way if I need anything for my phone I will definitely go back, they are on my list of T-Mobile I would go to! And there’s only two out of a lot that I’ve been too!
