Ron is caring, knowledgeable and eager to help. My dealings with him are always positive. He makes the buying experience very pleasant. I would go nowhere else.

I had an excellent experience with Ron in the kings park location. My phone was destroyed and he quickly got me up and running with a new one. He was so friendly and professional. I would recommend the store to anyone.

Kevin is a technical wizard!! He was able to get us away from the nitemare that we were in at T Mobile!! His customer service was amazing and spot on!! Very helpful and a pleasure to work with! If he was my employee I'd do everything in my power to retain him for a long time!!

Absolutely AMAZING service. About 5 years ago we had a terrible experience at this Verizon store and stopped going entirely. UNTIL TODAY. Today I got my new iPhone 15 Pro Max and was very happy with the prices and people. Catalina was who helped us and she was incredibly funny and nice. Ron who was next to the table with us and Catalina was sarcastic and fun which made waiting for the iPhones to backup much more enjoyable. Prices and discounts are great at this store and we will definitely be making this our new Verizon store

Ron at the Kings Park Verizon store spent a lot of time helping me with my new phone, transferring all apps and contacts and fixing a problem with phone. He was patient and very friendly.
