Sheila and the Team were very helpful and were able to getting me the prescription under challenging circumstances.

I had to get my sons prescription as he had an infection and was very much in pain. I showed up and it wasn’t ready and was told to come back in about 20min. Went back 35min later- at that point it was 5:45pm and they closed at 6pm (Saturday), my prescription was still not ready-
Turned out system was down and wasn’t going through. But since Sheila saw my urgency, she spoke with the team and made it happen.

My son and I appreciate Sheila and the team for rush processing my prescription. Thank you :)

I love my Pharmacy staff. Always polite and helpful. Especially Ana and David. Thanks Guys.

Staff is always so helpful when it comes to coupon using. Today I came across manger Robert very rude and unprofessional. He asked if my items were purchased when I had looked at him and said YES . He still asked his employee to see if I was a thief or lying . So rude. He also mentioned “ you don’t tell me what to do” when we were communicating he was very offended didn’t know what he was doing. Need better manger here.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, but when using the drive-through, it takes 5-10 minutes per vehicle/customer. I’ve never been to a pharmacy that takes so long to service each customer. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere. - Adding to this review three weeks after originally posting: I went back one more time to give them a fair chance and see if anything had changed. It was just as bad if not worse. I cannot believe how long it takes them to service each car.

I just tried to pick pick up a prescription using the drive through at the CVS at H76 and Frazee Rd in Oceanside. I was the 4th car in line when I arrived, but it moved quickly until I became the 2nd car. At that point, I waited over 25 minutes without moving for the car in front of me to move. After 15 minutes with no action, I called the store directly. I never did get to talk to a live person on the phone.

When I did get to the window, I complained about waiting over 25 minutes for one car. I suggested that they recommend the person, if they will be that long, to either come inside, or park until they a ready to complete their business, and then reenter the drive through. I was rudely told "No". I then asked for the manager's name. I was told "No, I could not have the manager's name, that they would just tell me the same thing.

I was told that long delays were occurring due to coronavirus. In my opinion, if after one full year of coronavirus, if a health oriented organization can not either staff to the required levels or develop adequate processes then they are simply not capable of, or willing, to deliver a level of service that is in my opinion acceptable.

I can hardly ever get them to answer the phone and when I do get to talk to someone they usually say that they are always too busy and to call later. This is after I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes!!!

Couldn't find employees anywhere. Stood at register for almost 5 min with no one I sight. Cashier was extremely slow and not interested in dealing with customers.

Understaffed. With endless wait times
