The associate Megan was an absolute delight!! They were so helpful as they rang me up, but they also complimented my style, and talked to us about ongoing deals and how they worked! It's a rare treat for me to get to Illinois, but I always try to shop here when I can! All associates were so pleasant and kind, and my highest praise goes to everyone in the store! Phenomenal multi-tasking, great customer service, and very polite even with the rush! I cannot stress enough how much everyone helped me and my group out!! The team did great and I am so thankful for their help!

I was in a hurry (and I know they can be annoying for associates) and I had no idea what I was looking for 🤣 but the associate Luisa was extremely helpful and friendly and was determined to find an outfit and accessories for me 😄 I had a great experience and walked out with a lot of stuff I love. I'll be sure to go back when I'm not pinched for time. Thanks guys! 🤘🏼

Hot Topic seems to have gone back in time to the way it started with clothes, accessories and gifts for the adoring horror, punk, metal and even Lolita fan. The store is chock full of items that embrace the delightful "weirdness " in us all. Very pleased!!!

My friend and I visited Hot Topic yesterday, around midday. The employees really made a difference here. They greeted us upon entry by saying, “hello, how are you today?” And they told us to let us know if we needed help with anything while in the store. The first interaction was with a female employee who went as far as grabbing a two-step ladder to grab an item off a mannequin for me. The second interaction was with a male employee at the register who was super kind, interactive, and skilled at their job. Thanks for making such a great experience.

Love this place....its clothing and so much more. Unique gifts and great for all ages. Reasonably priced too. Where else could i find a motley cru t shirt with an 80s print alongside some unique naruto items and some funk pops. This store is fun! Cool people work there too!

I actually really enjoy going to this store in particular. Everyone goes above and beyond to help make sure the experience is pleasant. They check to see that everyone is doing well and is helped. The staff is very friendly, too! I'll definitely come back the next time I need a cool gift or a fun new outfit for myself.

Anjelica was a wonderful help to my friend and I. She was able to help us find what we needed quickly and was doing a great job of keeping the store tidy. She made us feel welcome in the store and help me set up my rewards card at checkout. Very nice experience there!

Got me a real nice Monokuma bracelet and I love it. The spaces in there are kinda tight, which sucks because being that close around strangers gets me a bit nervous, but I always come out of there with good stuff that makes me feel cool.

So I went here to find a shirt for my wife's birthday. A particular storm we saw couple months ago. An employee greeted me, and I asked about the shirt. He attached every task of shirts because he knew he see it somewhere. After the 5th clothing rack BINGO!!!! That's for your hard work buddy!!

I felt welcome when my sister and I entered the store... Immediate awesome greeting, too! They had ALL the anime t-shirts and we stocked up, with assistance. Coming back. Thanks!!!🤩

what can I say hot topic speaks for itself I used to go there as a child and I still enjoy it as an adult. Their prices are still rather high but every once in a while it's nice to go check out the things on sale possibly get a mystery grab bag or get something from the jewelry section.

Love this store. I shop between the Joliet and Fox Valley stores. Never have any issues. Everyone is always nice and willing to help find a size or s specific button in the huge bin.

The staff is great and give a warm welcome when entering the store. I'm a pop collector and they understand us collectors LOL. It's like another family away from home :D

I shop here every few weeks to buy Funko pop figures because they have so many and the workers are very helpful and friendly.

The last man standing and the lone big mall in the fox valley region. The mall has a good array of stores with Macy's/JCP as anchor stores. Carson bowed out recently and so may be with Sears. The play area is always full but the kids love the carousel/merry go round. The food court is buzzing too. Parking is always plenty too.

Looking for school clothes for 12 year old. Found a great selection of shirts. Bought pubg shirts. Was asked several times if we needed help, friendly and helpful staff. Great selection.

I LOVE this store!! I go there with my kids and we can easily spend an hour in there. It's filled from floor to ceiling with goodies and the employees are very friendly!!

Girls are really nice and lots of selection. Tried the wrestler girl makeup. The pigmentation is not good, lipstick doesn't stay and stained my lips

I can always find what I'm looking for at this location. Everything's organized well and the store is always clean and tidy. Employees are helpful and kind!

It has always been my favorite place to shop when i go to the mall. Great quality and so many products to choose from
