Store experience was good. Cameron was more than capable of meeting my needs and requests. Downside was the store did not have a demo for the phone I was purchasing. I'm awaiting the phone via carrier and will add to review later.

Brook is amazing I thought my issues would take at least an hour and I have been here for 15 minutes and she solved all of the issues I am so thankful for here I will come back to this store everyone was so eiendly

This store is great. Aimee is the only person worth going to here when you’re trying to find the best options for you. Everyone just upsells stuff you don’t need, Aimee really takes the time to find the best options for you and your situation! We had to get me and my daughter new phones and she got us a watch free too and looked at our plan to make sure that we were on the best plan for us and our needs and budget! She was really thorough and helpful! They didn’t have one of the screen protectors we wanted in stock so she made sure to order it and applied it perfectly when it came in! We definitely will be coming back to her only when my husband and son need new phones this summer!!

I came here tonight to add a line to my plan, get my little sister a new phone & get the best deal to help me save some money. Cameron was the one who helped me. Cameron was very helpful, he explained all the promotions going on, went over my options and helped me choose the best one. Cameron was so kind through the whole process and he took the time to get everything set up for me and my sister. I really appreciate Cameron's hard work and kindness, thanks to him I saved money and my sister has a brand new phone that she loves.

I am so grateful to Aimee for taking the time to really explain everything, making our switch to T-Mobile flawless. It’s been 2 months and I went in with a question today and she delivered yet again. This company and every company needs more of her.

Tony Moore was the best cellular sales person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, pleasant and patient with a couple of old folks that don't know a lot about technology. He worked hard to make sure we got all the best deals and discounts that he could find. Thank you Tony!

Every time I go in, I have such a good experience! The assistant store manager, Gavin, usually helps me out and he's very good at making it an enjoyable time. And when it isn't Gavin helping me out, it's one of his wonderful coworkers! They're all so nice and helpful, I leave satisfied every time! Tim is the store manager there and he's a really great guy, too. He and Gavin are the two that usually work with me, and they're very good at what they do.

Great sales staff! They have also been very helpful with after-purchase customer service far more than I expected! Sure appreciate Cameron, Michael, Nick, and Lindsey!

After being at a different location that gave me the wrong information I had to try a different store. The manager here was fabulous! He was friendly and helpful. He as able to access all the information needed to get the fees reversed that should have not been there. He as able to access the proof and call the customer care to get the job done. Instead of stopping when customer care wanted to only give me a partial credit, he called again and was able to get the full amount reversed!! It too us a long time, but it was worth it since he got the job accomplished that I have been trying to get done for a month.

Candy L. was so friendly, helpful, and offered the best customer service I have had while in Greenwood. She helped us upgrade our phone while keeping us still grandfathered under our old plan, looked for a box for us to send back the old phone, and transferred data from old to new phone. Just really good customer service! Really impressed!

I had such a great experience here today, not once but twice. Brett took the time to go through all of my options with pre-ordering some new phones, making sure that I got exactly what I wanted and needed.

I did have to come back a little later to finish my order because the system needed to catch up (it's Samsung preorder day...everyone's system was slow) however, because we went through everything earlier we very quickly got through the "paperwork" and I was back on my way home.

Honestly today was the perfect day to get out twice as it was a beautiful warm day after our 2022 snowpocalypse!

Like some others who have left reviews, I was given a plethora of wrong information at an authorized retailer. Gavin and Keiron were extremely helpful in clarifying and Keiron went the extra mile by helping me set up my new device. Will definitely be a loyal customer at this location.

The very best experience you can have hands down. The exponential amount of genuine customer service I received here is unmatched. I was helped by what seemed everyone in the store and everyone helps each other there as well. I’ve had terrible experiences in sprint stores in the past but thanks to Josiah & Aleysia an the rest of the crew I had a better experience then any place I’ve ever made a retail purchase at. To the extent that I bought a speaker, a phone case, and a screen protector that I did not need because I had bought them off amazon already but I went ahead and did it because I was so overwhelmed with sincerity an gratitude from the amazing employees at Sprint locates right next to Walnmart an Buffalo Wild Wings off of 65. This place is top notch and I can tell you that you are doing yourself a disservice by not making this your location in which you do your business because your missing out on great people and a great experience.

This is by far the best Sprint store around. Store manager Tim and Assistant manager Gavin do an amazing job. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Go see Jose, Gzi, Keiron or Eric and they all take great care of you!

There was no wait time. The employees were very professional, knowledgeable and delivered great customer service. Josiah took care of my order, he was not pushy, rather took his time to see what deals and offers I qualified for then allowed me to make my decision. I will definitely be back.

Tim the store manager sure runs an amazing staff focused purely on customer service. I didnt even feel as if I was buying anything more so hanging out. Shoutout to the staff Gavin, Keiron. Gzi, Jose, and Eric. The interaction was 10/10

Sales manager Chris was able to identify that I’ve been a Sprint customer for 2 years and get me an iPhone 8+ added to my plan for absolutely nothing today. Top notch service and a very clean, inviting store, very much recommended!

Great customer service. The wait took a little but they stayed after to help make sure my phone was working and that it backed up all of my data. This was done after a hard day and for once a visit to sprint made my day better. Great people.
