Murphy was Amazing!! He helped me set up all my new devices! He spent time to make sure I knew exactly how to use my new phone, watch and IPad. It was a great experience !

We went into the store to set up a new account and get a new phone. Cassidy was working alone and extremely swamped. But she went above and beyond to help us and juggle trying also to assist other customers at the same time. She was very knowledgeable and so so helpful!!!!!!

We came in last weekend and Cassidy was our agent. She was very knowledgeable and courteous with us. She was so sad to inform us that the phone we wanted was not in stock and that she had ordered them and would call or text us when they arrived. Today we got the text from her that our phones were in and we could come in anytime before 7pm today or tomorrow. When we arrived there was 3-4 people being helped and one other person waiting to be helped. Cassidy recognized us and said that she would be with us in a few if we didn’t mind waiting. Once she was able to get with us, she was so excited for us and so helpful and knowledgeable about the new I15 phone. In my humble opinion this young lady needs to be honored for employee of the month or perhaps year.
