I had a wonderful gentleman named Brian very compassionate with me on making sure I was fitted properly and sit explained everything very clearly to me as well. I rated him a 5 star he deserves more he is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable I will be back if I need your assistance I will recommend this store and product to everyone I know. Very good shopping experience! The store associate (Kiera) was knowledgeable and thorough. I felt a difference immediately after trying them on.

Felt the difference immediately. I was able to walk comfortably for the first time in months in less than an hour. Kara was a fantastic help, explaining everything from the start including all the little nuances for the inset.

I have worn Good Feet arches for years. I needed to get refitted, due to having knee pain, back pain and hip pain. Oh! My Goodness! The Greenwood Store was absolutely amazing. The gentleman that worked with me was so patient, kept working with me till we found the one that worked for me! This was the first person that really had a handle on what was going on and which type of arches would work best for me! I literally walked out of there feeling SO MUCH better!!!!! I almost cried, I couldn't believe it!

Staff were super polite and helpful. Explained everything very clearly and made it easy to understand. Answered questions fully and thoroughly. The supports feel great and my feet hurt less. I had orthopedic inserts but they weren’t fixing the problem. They were just keeping it from getting worse. Goodfeet actually does something about it! The lifetime warranty and the good feeling in your feet is worth every penny!

Kara at the Greenwood, IN store was fantastic helping my husband with his new arch supports, and hopefully he sees great improvement in the daily pain he goes through with his flat feet and severe plantar fasciitis.

Eric Price at the Greenwood IN store exemplified extraordinary customer service!!!! He greeted us warmly as we entered the store and asked how he could help us. Eric was extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of Good Feet shoes and arch supports, and he explained in detail the proper way to acclimate to the arch supports. Even though I was confused at times, Eric was very patient and explained and re-explained the process several times until I was confident and comfortable with it. I really appreciate that! Throughout the time that he waited on us, he was very friendly, thorough, supportive, and encouraging in his approach. His Customer Service was extraordinary and the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time! I am a seminar leader who teaches Customer Service workshops, and I would give Eric an A+++!!! Very impressed by how informative and knowledgeable Eric was. I learned a lot from my visit and thankful I went. I tried several different insoles with no luck. My feet, ankles, knees, hips and back hurt from being on my feet all day and nothing seemed to help. First time using the good feet insoles, I felt a big difference. I felt like I was standing taller/straighter and walked different. Looking forward to walking/working without pain.

Eric did a great job explaining how the inserts work.

The employee helping me knew exactly what he was talking about and made sure I understood what he was telling me about the insoles. He also told me the importance of not rushing into them either he said that I should wear them for half an hour to start and increase that time everyday by half an hour to and hour. He also explained that at first it would be uncomfortable especially with the first pair of insoles out of the three step kit. And he wasn’t wrong but by increasing the time I wear them each day it is way easier than throwing them in my work boots for a 10 hour shift and being stuck in them

We had our fitting a week ago, and it was great! Brian explained everything to us, and really took time to ensure we understood. We ended up having to come back the next day with our HSA cards, but everything was ready for us and it was a quick check out. It has been a great experience, and we are definitely working through our break-in period with no issues. This is definitely worth the time, effort and cost!

No pressure sales. The gentleman Ernest was very knowledgeable and polite. Took prints of my feet. Had me try a few different arch supports for a good fit. This is quite pricey but, if you work on your feet all day and have pain, I'm hoping it is well worth it to stop the pain. Time will only tell since I'm only on day 4 of using them.

My new inserts are wonderful. I walk a lot in my job, I am a shopper for a local grocery store. I was experiencing a lot of extreme pain. My back, neck, legs, knees, ankles and feet were a mess and so painful I did not want to walk. But, even worse was after a break, I would stand and not be able to take a step until I steadied myself and allowed for some of the pain to pass. The pain was so intense I cried sometimes, not being able to hold back the tears. This disturbed my sleep, resting and walking. Thank you for my Good Feet 3 step system, I noticed the difference after the first day of wearing. What a fantastic difference. I am able to do my 8 hour day if walking and NO pain! Really, these have been a savior to me. I was concerned about having to slow down and that affecting my income and my quality of life. Now I am not concerned. My new insert system is my night in shining armor! Thank you for the rescue. I have purchased MANY insert and shoes, trying to find some that would help. None ever did. No buyers remorse! We will be returning to purchase some for my husband as well. He is amazed when I come home from work now. I am still full of energy again and happy. Again, thank you to The Good Feet Store, words are to limited to explain my relief.

I very much appreciated Eric's capability, helpfulness, & patience with me. I was having very bad pain due to tibial tendonitis. It's been 4 days & it is better. I am sure the inserts I've been fitted for will continue to heal my foot and prevent the other foot from similar issues. I chose the Good Feet store because I appreciate the science behind their products & that replacement inserts can be bought for less.

I was very impressed by the knowledgeable salesmen at the Greenwood location. All of my questions about the arch supports, their construction and design, and their warranty/service were answered. I came away not only with a set but the feeling that it was a wise investment. I would encourage anyone with some type of pain in their feet to stop by the store and see what they can do for you!
