Walgreens Pharmacy

The staff here has always been nice. The complaints I see should be directed towards corporate and how they overwork the staff to meet metrics that compromise patient safety and service. There is a lot of work in verifying prescriptions, interaction checks, filling the prescription, and rechecking everything is correct.
Give them time to fill your scripts. Don’t use the drive through for things other than dropping off and picking up.

Great customer service

My medications always get filled in a fast manner, however I am often waiting at the store for a while for someone to come to the pharmacy window. I’ve stood there for upwards of 7 minutes with people seeing me and passing by.

All depends who is on for a Pharmacist.

Staff struggles with math when orders are auto filled incorrectly and not to what the prescriber requested and also what insurance covers. Multiple months in a row of corrections needed. Location has been short staffed for quite a while now too, which makes it difficult for everyone involved, including the staff.

Understaffed, extremely slow and unreliable service, always messing up my perscription refills and cancelling them on “accident”, etc. The past few months I haven’t waited in a line shorter than 15 minutes to pick up my meds. They never answer their phone due to how busy they are. Pick a different pharmacy.

Staff is nice but TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE wait times! In my experience, seems like all Walgreens pharmacies are mismanaged.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Every single month my children medications are on back order, so I have to get different strengths or different brands so my children can have their medication. Every month, they always change my primary and secondary insurance (to get the best deal) and I now have to pay retail price because either insurance will cover their medications anymore because they keep changing primary insurance. I ask when the medications will be restocked as you get dates and every single month they tell me it just says 9999. They are rude and ignorant when I ask questions. For example well it’s not our problem you have two insurances or well we can’t help you. You need to go else where.

Staff is super nice!!! However they are definitely understaffed. We could not get one of our RX filled for one day. We moved to a different pharmacy and had RX filled within 15 Minutes for our kid. We got a text from Walgreens 5 days later saying they filled the RX and it’s ready for pick up. I’m so glad we did not wait on them to fill it for a sick kid.

Have been in line for 10+ minutes and no one has been helped but 4 have been helped at drive thru. Don't take appointments for shots if you don't have people to help.

I called this pharmacy, waited on hold for 70 minutes, only to be hung up on.

Auto charged a service NOT APPROVED
