Employees were super nice and informative about passport photo process. Nicholas was my passport photo tech and he was very personable. I had a $5 coupon in the system and there was an issue with my zip code and email and he was able to resolve that so that I was able to use my $5 off on the passport photo price.

I am reviewing to let you know that yesterday I was in your store after a hospital stay(still feeling shaky) when I checked out your associate John went way beyond his job description and with great kindness(even helped look up coupons and gave me directions)I would like mgt to acknowledge him in the same way he treats others.
