Wish I got her name to shout her out, pretty lady with a Medusa piercing is the best description I got! Haha. Either way, super friendly and said happy bday to me many times which made me feel special. Also made my matcha iced latte just the way I wanted.

So delicious, avocado toast.

Dunkin is dunkin. However this particular location was amazing. They got our order perfect offered different choices even at the window. One of the only places to get my specific coffee absolutely perfect. It's true what they say America runs on dunkin. These young ladies made the visit for us spectacular. Thank you for an amazing visit.

I drove through at 8:15am and the line went quickly and the staff was friendly. My latte was hot and the donut was fresh. Not much more you can ask for.

Not sure what’s up with all of the negative reviews, probably from people who are traveling. We are lucky to live down the street from this Dunkin’ and the ladies here are the best! You can tell they make your drink with love. You guys are awesome!!

Went through the drive thru to purchase a coffee drink for my teenage son. I'm a novice when it comes to reading and understanding the order board. The gentleman working the drive thru was patient with me and explained the choices in a layman's terminology I understand.

Hate to see all of the negative reviews for this store. I have always had a positive experience when I came here.
The country is struggling to keep chain stores staffed and running. Everyone needs to keep a cool head and discuss problems with a manager. Being hateful and negative doesn't help anyone.

As an avid Dunkin’ drinker (and native New Englander) I’ve been to MANY Dunkin’s. The last few times I’ve been to this Dunks the staff has been SO upbeat and happy. In a time when most places are understaffed and stressed, it’s nice to hear the positivity. Always puts a smile on my face!

Stopped in while on the road for coffee and donuts. The coffee was hot and came as ordered. The donuts were fresh and tasty.

I work for Dunkin, not this chain and out of all the ones in Mooresville this is the only one to actually give me coldbrew when I order it and actually make it right. Dark roast iced coffee isn't cold brew. Shouldn't be charging customers for cold brew and giving them dark roast. Thank you ladies and gents.

The dining room isn't open (thanks, COVID) but the young man working the drive thru was polite and patient. Excellent coffee and basic doughnut varieties.

We stopped while traveling through North Carolina. The staff was extremely friendly. Their customer service was top-notch. I'd stop here again.
