I know what you're thinking....." customer service is awful everywhere I go" but folks not here,it is actually excellent at this Walgreens especially if you work with Chris. Chris makes sure the needs of the customers are met and he goes above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience is a positive one. No matter what your concerns are, Chris will offer a suggestion or answer a question for you. I highly recommend stopping by this location and ask for Chris, tell him his famous customer sent you.

It is very often crowded at the pharmacy and the line is long but the staff always have a really good attitude about and are working very hard.

Just came from this Walgreens and I have to say. ... kudos!! So many places I have gone to could care less about social distancing and wearing a mask properly. I went in for Bio-freeze patches (if you ever have a sprained muscle, get these.... they work wonders) I went up to the pharmacy counter asked if they sold face masks like she had on. She not only told me yes, but gave me explicit directions where in the store they were. As I went there, passed another employee who moved over to allow me to pass. ..social distancing. Found the masks. To thrilled! Every single employee today treated me with kindness and respect. Respect as to acknowledge this pandemic and properly handle it by WHO and other municipalities requirements. So Kellie Ann.... you're wrong!

Had a wonderful experience with my recent trip to this store. The employees were very courteous and knowledgeable of the products that they sell. Brittany helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a kind and enthusiastic manner. Would definitely visit again!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Medford Walgreens! We had an emergency prescription to fill and you had it in stock and filled it in less than an hour! The Riverhead Walgreens was useless, didn’t help at all. They didn’t answer their phones, told us they were too busy to fill our prescription when we did finally get through. The next day they said they didn’t have it in stock and it could take two more days. Kudos also to the Wading River Walgreens who went out of the way to find the Walgreens that did have it in stock! Do yourself a favor and use the Medford and Wading River Walgreens, well worth the trip for excellent support and help!!!

Drive thru takes a little longer these days with the covid testing they are doing. I would say if you’re there for a script, go in to get it and don’t wait on the hour long line.

When i lived in Medford i used this Walgreens daily never a bad experience good selection and neat christmas items plus as, seen on tv merchandise.

My favorite photo print store. Order online pickup in store. Great and convenient.

Got my third covid shot and the staff were quick and friendly.

This place is awesome and Kellie ann is lying, the girl she's talking about is rad.

Pharmacy staff has always been courteous, attentive and helpful since switching away from the place across the street. On the few times I’ve gone inside, the store has always been clean, well organized and with a better selection of over the counter medications and items than other nearby places.

Always a great help!
