Saul was amazing! Answered all questions and helped my mom get a new iPhone and showed her all features. Very down to earth and helpful, not pushy. Great employee and an asset to your company!!

Got there right after they opened in the morning. Not crowded. Got service very quickly. The guy was very knowledgeable and quick to get us what we needed. My only complaint is that they were out of the exact model iPhone I wanted so I had to get a slightly different model.

These guys really understand what it is that the customer wants and needs. Absolutely nothing short of amazing!! Thank you for your knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond.

Went in to get phone for granddaughter. Drea was super helpful and Jennifer was as well. Very knowledgeable and fast and courteous service. Love this location. Granddaughter was super happy and so was I.

I love this store!! Everyone is very willing to do their best to assist in anyway they can! I was in there 10/30/2022. The store was extremely busy and was packed. Ben is the gentleman that helped. He was so professional and went above and beyond to assist me in anyway he could! He exceeded my expectation of what I figured I would have to do. Greg ( the manager) assisted with transaction briefly as he was trying to help everyone in store get in and out in a timely manner. Hats off to the Brenham store and these two gentleman!

My phone broke during my visit to Texas so I stopped at this AT&T. The staff was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and helped me without hesitation. Marquise (the manager I believe) was extremely polite, well spoken and handle the transaction flawlessly. Definitely the easiest time I’ve ever had in a cell phone store ever. Highly recommend this store if you have any phone needs!
