Dillard's

Incredible experience with Mike shoping for a suit. Could not be happier with the service and expertise. After looking at a few other stores before coming to Dillard's, I was blown away by Mike's abundant help and advice. Biggest reason I purchased my first suit here.

Lisa was awesome! She helped me get some shoes. She was very patient with me, she grabbed at least 10 pairs of shoes. I’m so grateful for your kindness Lisa! Thank you!!

This Dillard's has great staff. They are so willing to help. An older gentleman in the men's formal Department helped me with measurements and picking out a suit and tie and was just a joy to work with. Just because of him I'll be continuing to shop at this Dillard's.

Lisa at the perfume/cologne counters is so helpful! She always makes sure we leave with a fragrance we love.

I had to buy my som a suit for his annual church dance. I came to Dillard’s and was immensely surprised at not only how beautiful their clothes are, but reasonable too! She and I looked around and the stuff there was just wonderfully priced and made! Dillard’s is one of the best places for your kids to look amazing!

We especially like the men's department here. A good selection of dress shirts and reasonable prices. Helpful staff.

Dillards has THE BEST shoe selection by far than any other store in the mall. Beyond an amazing selection their customer service is unsurpassed. Lilya was so very helpful in helping me find a pair of shoes I didn't even know I wanted when I came in. She is amazing and deserves a raise!!!

Outstanding customer service!
I was at this Dillard’s on 7/6/23 with a friend from out of state. We both commented how excellent, in every department we visited, the customer service was. I was beginning to think that customer service was a dying art. We probably visited almost every department and it was definitely a pleasant experience. It also appeared that the store associates enjoyed being at work and thankful for us being there. Outstanding job, keep doing what you are doing.

In my opinion, this is the best Dillard's in the Denver area. The displays are always neat and clearly labeled, and the discounts, clearance items and prices are always reasonable. I feel the customer service sets this one apart since they all sell more or less the same merchandise; in particular Sue in the Ralph Lauren section is extremely helpful and courteous, and all of the other employees I meet there are very kind as well. I visit this place every time I go to Park Meadows and many times I walk out with something to add to my wardrobe. It's a great anchor store for the mall.

Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Patricia and one other person (that I didn’t get the name of) helped me out today in finding everything I wanted and brought things up that I forgot I needed.

Dana in accessories was so excessively excellent and beautiful! She was so helpful and made me feel so good about myself and my choices. Bestest ever employee in the department, will be coming back and seeking advice from her for as long as I live here!!

I love this store. Best shoe department and I love their Lagerfeld collection. Great clearance racks. Feel like spoiling yourself? They carry vintage Louis Vuitton!!

Very busy on a Saturday, but sales associate in Calvin Klein was very friendly and helpful.

Went to Dillard's in Park Meadows to look for our mom some shoes. After the first moments of entering the shoe area we were bombarded with friendly customer service. My mom was able to find the shoes that she needed. I also saw the many varieties geared towards healthy feet that are sold at Dillard's. It was a Grandtastic experience.

I haven't been to Dillard's for a long time. I was impressed by how clean and organized the women's section looked. It made it very easy to have a pleasant shopping experience, unlike a TJ Maxx sifting through racks of various items. I will be going back.

I typically only shop at Dillard's! Primarily because they are privately owned and the same staff have taken care of me for years. They take care of their customers because you can tell they have been well taken care of by their employer. Not enough of that in the world these days!

I really love this store. The clearance is always good and the full priced designers are great quality. Praying this department store doesn’t go under any time soon!

I went in looking for dresses. On the first (or maybe it was the 2nd floor) the sales person was kind and helpful. She also made me feel good about one of the dresses and helped finding another size.
On the third floor (?), Ivanna was very kind and helpful. I was shopping alone and she helped me decide between two dresses. She was also just doing a great job in general from what I could see.
