Very helpful staff even when I walked in 10 mins before close. I had an emergency jean situation and didn’t want to drive 45 mins to Thornton which is open until 9pm. I winged it and made it in time and every single team member made sure I was cared for.

Did a return a today and the manager was so understanding even though I was a couple days late after the 30 day policy. I truly appreciated their help! The staff was also very nice and welcoming.

Great selection even for bigger sizes, I'm a 13. Mike and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, they took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be buying more boots here in the future.

Formally Shepplers, Boot Barn carries on the tradition of having a well-stocked store, with extremely helpful staff, fair prices and a large variety of authentic western apparel and accessories. Well worth the 55 miles i drive to shop here. The store is spotless, easy to navigate and the quality of the inventory is superb. Name brands and private label products that will impress anyone who visits. It's hard to walk out empty handed.. Also, they have a rewards program worth enrolling in.

Ahhh.... the smell of leather fills your senses when you walk in. The store is large with a great selection of boots, clothing and accessories. The staff was exceptional. Two visits and both times most of the staff receives a top rating. (There is always that one... she was just not into being there. Just move on to the next guy or gal. The rest were great) I had a small, issue with a pair of boots I purchased. I took them in and they were amazing at the customer service level. Fixed the issue easily and I was a very happy gal.

In the market for boots? They'll have something. In the market for cowboy clothes? They should have something. Want a quality hat? No. They have a lot of < $100 hats but they are all poor quality. The good stuff like the Stetson's look to be order only. I couldn't find anyone to help me so I gave up. Went and bought a ($350) hat from somewhere else. That said, I did pick up a pair of boots. Pickings were broad but I just couldn't find exactly what I wanted. What I picked was good enough for now.

Awe Hell, can't pass up an opportunity to review the Boot Barn. I'm a Coloradoan born 'n raised, and this place has been there ever since I can remember. Pretty sure they haven't changed a thing. Don't let the outside aesthetics fool you, even though the parking lot's empty and the paint, Sun bleached and battle-warn; evidence of its recession proof lifespan. The Boot Barn is a must for any affluent tourist with a urge to catch the eye and impress one of our basic ski bunnies. No doubt you're sure to find those rattlesnake skin boots you told your wife you would never buy.

Stopped in looking for a pair boots, found boots and great customer service. This location is bit hidden off Orchard, just check the map or you may drive past it. The store was clean and very well stocked, the selection of boots is large. If they don’t have it they can order it. The clothing sections have every thing you could want in western/work wear. No matter if you’re a real cowboy or just a dime store one, they will have you covered. Brandy helped me the day I stopped in. She was helpful in suggesting the right size, finding the size in the style I wanted and showing me correct care items for the pair I eventually purchased. She and her coworkers were all very friendly and showed great dedication to great customer service. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

I have bought many pairs of boots there over the years and always loved them the staff is knowledgeable and the prices fair.
You may be able to find things online or other places for a smaller price but the service and mass e selection makes it is overwhelmingly worth $5-$20 when purchasing boots that are $130- several hundred dollars. Thank you Boot Barn

No back stock. Kinda sucks if your boot has been tried on a lot. Other than friendly helpful staff. You can order a new pair and get free shipping to store.
