This place is SO awesome. The stock is always well displayed and orderly, the store is clean and inventory includes options I don't find elsewhere. Now, that meat case is a thing of wonder. Beautiful. Quality. The big misconception is that meat market = expensive. Untrue. Much better quality for pennies more. The $10 ribs. OMGOSH. Best buy ever. I took 3 slabs from KS to VA for a Christmas holiday meal and my family was ecstatic. Wonderful, easy entrée. Add veggie & salad, what a meal. Last and absolutely not least, the people. Courteous, helpful, and not just pleasant; downright friendly. Every. One. It's always a super shopping experience at Fareway.

This is a new location for Fareway / McGonegal's across 135th Street from Johnson County Airport in Olathe. The facility was built for them so it is new and is very well laid out. There is the main grocery store which features the best meats in town. There is a significant liquor store under the same roof, through an interior door.

They decided to make the meat counter larger than the original store and I appreciate that. It is very well stocked. They are staffed up. The service is professional, courteous and efficient.

The other part of the grocery store is also larger than the original and it is well stocked.

Overall, this is a nice upgrade to an old friend.

It's like a small town grocery store, but you don't have to make the trip to a small town! It's a bit higher price than a chain or box store, but the meat quality is SOO worth it at Fareway! So if you want some quality meat and a good selection of spices and runs this is where you need to go!

Wow! Fresh meat, seafood, cheese and deli options and groceries...and so many products to enhance meat. Rubs, sauces, and marinades. Lovely small market with helpful, knowledgeable, staff. So friendly!

Great store. The produce was awesome! So fresh and clean. The meat was really good. We tried the hamburger, some KC Strips and fresh cut, thick sliced bacon, which was amazing! Will definitely be getting our meat here from now on.
The liquor store had a nice variety to offer and priced fairly well.

This has awesome and welcome addition to Olathe ! Small Grocery store and absolutely amazing meat department. Both fresh cuts and cooked meats. It also has a beer and Liquor market connected to it.

If you don’t wanna fire up your smoker, go get their smoked bbq ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sides here. Take it home, pop it in the oven and you got a quality bbq meal for the family.

We ordered online and used the text prompts to pick up. It was hassle free and super easy. Will absolutely coming back and using the order ahead and pick up. So far everything we have tried from our order has been delicious.

Very nice place. One side is booze, one side is a very convenient neighborhood mart with great options. And a meat shop too.

Wow, superb steaks! We got sirloin, strips, and filet - all were amazing. I’m usually a strip fan but I tried my wife’s filet and it was the best I’ve had in ages.

The staff was attentive and friendly too. They clearly love and take pride in it.

I’ll definitely be getting my meat here from now on.

Love this market! Not only is the meat fantastic, the sales are great and they basically have everything you need in one stop shopping with competitive pricing as well. The real difference would be the people that work there. They are so friendly, fun, helpful and just make me happy to shop there! They always seem grateful that I’ve come in which makes my day…I’ve been there when it is wall-to-wall people and the staff is still incredible. Even the curbside is fantastic. They even balk at a tip…what? Seriously great. Thank you!!

The cheddar bacon burgers may be one of the best I’ve had even having to cook it ourselves. Which really makes it better. The quality for the price is astounding. The brisket Mac and cheese though is the stuff of dreams.

I located my stolen purse in the dumpster at the store (stolen somewhere else and dumped there). The employees were extremely helpful as we searched and when I asked if they had a ladder so I could retrieve at least my phone, Brody literally jumped in and retrieved everything. The nicest, most helpful employees I have encountered anywhere that stayed calm and helped me during a very stressful time.

My holiday order for prime tenderloin was sub-par, but they took responsibility, stood behind their product and gave me a store credit for well over what I paid for my original order.

Love this place. Quick, convenient shopping for high quality foods and adult beverages. Great staff and really high quality deli and food. One of the deli managers, I think it was Russell, was great help with our Thanksgiving dinner last year and ever since. I would give 10 stars if I could.
